We have been to this store many times over the years. Crystal has always been knowledgeable, helpful and patient. It literally took us a couple of years to decide what we wanted to do as we were trying to decide between a built in outdoor kitchen or something less expensive. They were not pushy through the process. Not only did Crystal know about the products, most of their team does as well. An exception may be someone working the register. This is a family run small business, so you will get more personal attention than at a larger store.This place delivers which was very helpful so we didn't have to worry about transporting and setup. The gentlemen that delivered were professional and friendly. We had a very minor issue which was addressed quickly and without a hassle. It required them to come back out and the gentlemen that delivered had great customer service each time.I have seen their work as part of a large outdoor kitchen setup.
