I have been involved with EMB on both at both work and home. At work the gents at EMB became our "Go To" company. Our system was a hodgepodge of old and older computers with a network that Fred Flintstone would have found antiquated. EMB keep us up and running, advanced us as far as the home office would allow. Our saviors! My iPad Locked me out, Apple, without original receipt or the same credit card number when purchased (iPad a gift from sister in 2014 after several years of here use). Apple said with out them there is nothing that could be done. Alternative: buy a new iPad. I made an unannounced visit to EMB shop and within 45 minutes Eric while treating me with respect, full well knowing limited understanding of technology, asked me the right questions concerning pass words, secret questions got it up and running!!!! Saving me $700 + So who do think we turned to when we wanted to upgrade from a 10 year old desk top to a laptop. EMB of course. We told them what we did in computing, what we wanted to do and what we we had to transfer from old to new....upgrade completed, exceeding our expectations!!!! And to the follow up support as we leaded to navigate a laptop vs. a desktop has been out standing. Sure we could have gone the "box store" route but we all know that: 1: All computers are not created equal 2. If box store laptop needing a fix or tuneup or questions about use, where are you going to call? For the above reasons is why we choose EMB Computing foe all current and future needs. More...

These guys have been good from the start! We have bought about at least a half a dozen systems from EMB and all have been set up and running great. Fixed our daughter's iPhone twice. One time it was hit by a water balloon and the other time it was dropped. Eric is amazing! Wonderful, prompt service at a reasonable price and the phone looked and worked like new!
