I've had my apartment cleaned a few times prior using a different company. However, this was by far the best job I've seen. There were2 ladies who came & started cleaning immediately. They worked tirelessly and cleaned for 3 hours My bathroom, bedroom & living room were the cleanest it's ever been when they left. I was even asked to check every room to make sure there was nothing they missed. All the shelves dusted, the carpet vacuumed, and they even removed some stains that had been on the wall. For someone who is obsessed with cleaning and usually does their own cleaning, hiring a company to come clean for me made me very anxious. We've used this cleaning service multiple times now, and I just love them. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, which is such a rare thing these days. We had them clean 9/16 our apartment results ...A+!! Emaids was wonderful to work with from start to finish. They worked with my schedule and answered all of my questions prior to scheduling an appointment. I got a quote for the deluxe deep clean and was surprised at how much it covered for a reasonable price. Maddie came to our house for the service and she was FANTASTIC. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My house has never been so clean and they managed to get the insane amount of yellow lab hair out of the carpets when vacuuming just wasn't enough. We have used Emaids for the last two and a half years to clean our home. They do a fantastic job and clean our 1300 sq ft home . Very detail oriented and they are willing to do nice little add-on things like change sheets and clean windows. AMAZING!!! After many complaints with Handy over the past year, I tried BerryClean because they were women owned and green. I hosted 2 parties over the course of 3 days before they came to clean... In 2 hours, 3 women completely transformed the space. My house has never been so clean! Emaids is Phenomenal ! Super easy and convenient booking online. Appreciated the fact that they were able to get someone out to our home on 4th of July. I think this speaks volume about their company. Great customer service as well! Myra was the person who did our cleaning and she was great! She showed up on time. Our home looked really clean afterwards. Easy transaction as well. They send you a receipt afterwards and charge the credit card on file. As a millennial, we love this! We've been Emaids for 3 years now and we love the service. We've had two cleaners, Debbie and Sandra and both have been super efficient and professional. They navigated our pets without a problem from day one and always leave the place looking perfect.The support the agency staff provide is excellent too, handling any rescheduling needs smoothly and keeping track of keys, instructions and billing so you don't have to! I have had a great experience with eMaids. from booking my initial appointment to billing . After my first appointment, customer service contacted me to see how it all went. The company is very customer service based and it's nice to know they're truly committed to giving quality service. The ladies came by and transformed my apartment in such a short time. It was such a good feeling to see all the detail work they did to get all the dirt and grime out of there. And the best part is, they did it for a reasonable price. I am certainly going to bring them back to do regular upkeep at my apartment. This was actually the first time I hired cleaners for an apartment ever and I was so pleased.
