8 Week Individual Coaching Program -
Weekly 60 minute private coaching sessions, focused on effectively addressing and resolving current challenges and achieving short-term business or career goals.
3 Month Individual Coaching Program -
This program is designed to resolve any current business or career challenges and then go deeper into identifying potential blindspots in your current leadership skills, resolve those and develop new and more empowering leadership skills and capabilities that are essential for you reaching your near-term business or career goals.
The program is conducted in 60-minute private coaching sessions, with the ability to access your coach at any time to ask questions about assignments and/or issues arising as a result of implementing your new leadership skills designed to make you a more powerful and authentic leader of yourself and your business.
6 Month Individual Coaching Program -
This is by far the most powerful and transformational business and career coaching program.
Participants in this program will undergo a number of
in-depth personality, communication, and leadership behavioural preference assessments, in addition to the 'Executive Leadership Maturity Test' that Steve Job's took, which completely changed him as a leader.
This is a comprehensive "inner- and outer-core" leadership assessment test which will be interpreted and communicated to you by a certified IL Master Executive Leadership Coach, and from which a plan will be developed for how you can use your test results to substantially improve your leadership compared to the results of the world's most successful executive leaders.
The coaching plan for the work to be done over the next 6 months is then developed in alignment with your business goals and deliverables in your current job, to ensure that you can meet those and be in a strong position for advancement, if that is your career goal.
