I don't know what's worse: a tumbleweed or a birds nest, regardless that's what my hair felt and looked like before walking into the salon. I got an awesome treatment by Lu. She's absolutely amazing! I may have a biased opinion, I used to work with some of the wonderful stylists and staff at Eloquence. But I always recommend them. . I see Diane Tran, she's been the only stylist to do my hair (other than myself) the last 8 years. She is amazing! Cutting, highlighting, coloring.. Her blow outs are awesome.. She always just "gets it" when I explain what I want. The other stylists are exceptional as well.. I always recommend friends to whom ever I believe will suit them best. They use top of the line hair care products and color brands. The front desk is ran with wonderful professionalism and the shampoo assistants are amazing! The decor is fresh and always beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and seasonal swag. They offer scalp and hair treatments that I highly recommend.. The massage alone is worth the service cost. The Salon: Eloquence Salon is a fairly new salon that opened after the Robert Lewis Salon in White Flint Mall closed down. Many of the stylists from Robert Lewis stayed together and the vibe between the employees is friendly and playful. The décor is pretty and relaxing. The pricing is standard for the North Bethesda area. I think they're also expanding from hair care into professional makeup artistry. Plus they give awesome birthday and Christmas gifts for being a loyal customer!  The Stylist: I've been coming to Diane for my hair care needs since 2009, when I visited from college in South Carolina and returned to school with the best haircut ever. I received so many compliments on it and everyone was bummed to find out that the stylist who gave me this fantastic haircut was so far away in Maryland. Fast forward six years, I live in Maryland and I still come to Diane for all of my haircuts and refer her to all of my friends and co-workers. My hair looks amazing and it has never been softer!!!!! Diane did my hair and she was amazing! She saw me that same day at the last min and she did an amazing job. The Solon is very clean  and it had a modern glam look. I don't ever buy all that crap they try to sell me at every other place but this stuff she put in my hair was magic! My hair was super dry and damaged at the end and I left without cutting it soft and silky. Hands down and AWESOME experiencE! PS: my color was a total deal!!!! More...

Eloquence Salon is a new salon with owners and staff from a salon that closed as a result of the new White Flint development.  Eloquence Salon has olaplex!  What is olaplex you might ask?  It is the new game changing product for hair coloring, including highlights.  I came here for such highlights and the service and staff were wonderful.  It was $50 extra for olaplex, which included the $35 take-home olaplex No.3 product to be used daily.  I was very happy with the highlights and the olaplex kept my hair soft and undamaged.You wouldn't guess from the outside and location of this salon, but inside the decorations are very elegant and atmosphere is relaxing.  The owners were there when I was there and completely involved.  It is clear that everyone is working together as a cohesive and happy team.  Prices were standard and reasonable.Just in case you need another reason to come to this salon, it is also next to the best Chinese restaurant on the East Coast, A&J Restaurant (yelp.com/biz/a-and-j-res…), so you can grab food before or after! This is my first time going to this salon and...WOW!  The place is very clean and immaculate!  I love the modern, "Miami" decor.  I am greeted by Natalie and was offered coffee and water.  She is very nice and made me feel comfortable while I wait for my hairdresser.  I didn't have to wait long at all.  Malyndah was my hairdresser and she started work right away (after talking to me and trying to find out what I'd like for my hair to look like).  She is wonderful because she knew exactly what I was looking for and was very confident.  Before I knew it, I was done.  I had a haircut with loose curls and Balayage Highlights. My hair looks great and I feel wonderful!  It's amazing what a great haircut can do to your self esteem!  Thank you Malyndah for taking care of me at the salon!  I will be recommending my sisters and friends to your salon! A long overdue review for a haircut and blowout I had back in January with Diane who has been doing my hair for over seven years. Followed her and the rest of the White Flint gang to this awesome, super chic new salon and its like having the best of both worlds--all the familiar, smiling, professional faces in a fantastic NYC-like salon. I am personally biased to Diane for my cuts and color, but I genuinely mean it when I say you just can't go wrong with any stylist. They are all Fantastic. Great Salon. I had scheduled a last-minute meeting with a high-end client, and had a hair emergency. I needed to get my hair done same-day, cut, color, and style. Nelidia immediately found a time slot available for me, and accommodated my needs. The salon itself was clean, stylish, and also had great music while I was waiting for my color to process. The employees were very nice and offered me water and snacks every now and then while I was processing; they don't forget about you even though it's a busy environment. My hair came out exactly what I wanted, with no damage. The stylist also gave me tips on how to make my color last. I will definitely be coming here again. More...
