Consistency - Consistently following a well-designed exercise and nutrition plan is essential to achieving your fitness goals. This means committing to a regular workout schedule and making healthy food choices consistently over time!

Learning - Personal training is field that requires continuous learning and development. I enjoy learning about the latest research and trends in the fitness industry and incorporating this knowledge into training programs!

Passion - I have a deep passion for health and wellness. Starting my own business allows me to do this in a more personalized and impactful way. When I use to train for corporate gyms like Equinox, I was limited by the knowledge I could share with my clients. Fitness is not only about exercise and I only had time dedicated to train my clients inside the gym. I can be more of a lifestyle & fitness nutrition coach now that I am in business for myself!

Yes! I have a mobile app clients can download in the App Store and/or Google Play Store. This allows me to write custom workout programs and calculate macros for all of my clients!

I have 3 different options to choose from:
1. We can meet on Zoom if you prefer to train remote.
2. The location I train at has an outdoor fitness area that allows us to remain outside during your personal training session.
3. I can wear a mask myself when I train you indoors.
