Two reviews in one here.  I had the pleasure to attend a launch party put together by ELLEAEVENTS.  The food and decor was top notch.  Elle and Sydney were charming hosts and made sure everybody was happy.  They were.  Also went to a private event that was produced by them over the Holidays and again, first class all the way and lots of fun!  Kudos. I hired the Elle A Events Team to help produce our yearly tech conference. The planning process leading up to the conference was just under a year. We had weekly 'check in' calls, they were always in constant communication with options and/or updates and easily accessible whenever we needed to get ahold of them. On site for the actual conference, they were on time, professionally dressed and always upbeat and positive with our clients and guests. The production was beautiful, the locations for off site events were the talk of the conference and they ensured every detail was handled and executed. Elle A Events was awesome. I asked them to plan a 50th wedding anniversary (for my parents) and family reunion party, with catering, decorations, flowers, a musician, etc. .. and I was hands-off about it all (since I was in SF planning this event for LA.) They took point on everything, found great vendors, organized everything, and had great taste. The event was perfect and my parents were moved to tears. This is as good as it gets -- I'd absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone. More...

I had the pleasure of working with Elle and Sydney for my neighbor's wedding recently.They were amazing....fun, friendly and highly organized. They knew when to jump in and handle logistics and when to pull back and let things flow organically.  Planners are like the police.... don't want a planner in your face every 5 minutes but when you need them you expect them to be there fast and handle things smoothly.You'll be in good hands with Elle A Events! What can I say about this team of people?! Ever since my husband and I met them to see our venue, we got immediate good vibes from Sydney and Elle. Really warm, genuine care and passion for their jobs. They really want to make the wedding planning process as painless as possible. TBH, they were my day of coordinators and were working with a venue called Behind The Blue Door in Sherman Oaks (unfortunately, they closed their doors at the end of last year) but it felt like I had planners because they were incredibly helpful. These ladies went WAY above and beyond and words cannot describe how grateful I am for them. I was a clueless bride to be, but they honestly guided me and made shit happen! They executed my vision and everything I wanted at my wedding. I would definitely recommend them to other people because they're incredible! I can only imagine how insanely productive these ladies are once you officially hire them as your wedding planners! They have amazing connections, beautiful execution of visions, and on top of that... they're nice ladies. I think I bugged Sydney a total of 100 times throughout the entire process and she was so gracious and helpful at all hours of the day. Thanks ladies!!!! I was at an event a few weeks ago for a friends charity that was produced by this company. The party was beyond beautiful. There were quite a number of huge celebrities at the party but it was so very casual. Whatever they did to make these rockstars feel at home ultimately worked. I noticed a few business cards on the bar and grabbed one and will be calling Elle very soon for my Spring Gala. Not only was the event beautiful but the employees working the event were quite lovely and incredibly well mannered. The DJ... I believe it was DJ Splyce was wonderful. We loved working with Elle, Sydney and the Elle A Events team on a recent wedding reception. From the beginning of the process through the last moments of the event, they were all genuinely friendly, helpful and totally professional. I was impressed with the excellent job they did of communicating the client's vision to us, the caterer, and to all the vendors.Additionally, they are were very hands on and willing to jump in wherever necessary to be sure all the details came together seamlessly.I highly recommend them for weddings or any other special events. I had the privilege of working for Elle A Events not too long ago, and let me tell you, these folks know how to throw a party. They had everything taken care of for the wedding that I bartended for. Whoa. Elle and Sydney are amazing. We did a corporate mixer at behind the blue door in Sherman oaks- and wowwww they made this spot the perfect location for our outdoor event. I used Elle A Events to help me plan a formal dinner and party for my sorority this fall. They were exceedingly helpful throughout the entire process - planning through execution! They were always available via phone, and email, and consistently checked in with me to make sure they were meeting all of my goals for the event and that I was pleased with what was planned. Both Elle, and my contact Sydney were present at the site visit and were always friendly and knowledgeable in person and remotely. They did a wonderful job of finding a really cool and fun space for the event, and were very accommodating of my budget's limits. My (now) husband and I were fortunate enough to work with the lovely, talented, insanely hard-working and detail-oriented staff of Elle A Events! They were invaluable to us from beginning to end. As everyone knows, a wedding entails so MANY details - so many of which you'd never think to think of; that's where Elle and Sydney helped so much. From rentals, to style, to vendor help to trouble shooting issues with our venue (and there were several) Elle A Events supported, listened and provided their expert and professional insight as well as their connections to ensure our wedding was executed seamlessly. Though the planning part was super valuable; we really couldn't have had our wedding without them running the entire day. They seriously did not sit still! They took our design pieces and preferences and executed them beautifully, creatively and beyond what we could have imagined. They made sure the events followed the schedule, moving us and our guests along in a timeless manner while still respecting the natural flow of the day. Elle and Sydney even took it upon themselves to clean up after our guests when the catering team disappeared without completing their job. No job was beyond their abilities and no job was beneath their willingness.All in all, Elle A Events gave us what every couple wishes for on their wedding day...no stress, no worry and absolute beauty. My wife and I hired Elle to do day-of coordination of our wedding, and we were expecting to simply get someone who would make sure things ran smoothly. What we got was a creative, dynamic person who turned our wedding from a simple backyard dinner to a truly magical experience--all within our budget.From the beginning, Elle was focused on us: she heard what we were expecting of our wedding, what we dreamed our wedding could be, and the resources we had to work with. She made our wedding better in every way and never made us spend more than we were comfortable with. She is easy to talk to and to work with. I doubt anyone would have a hard time getting along with her on a professional or personal level, which means everything when dealing with a wedding, a time when both bride and groom are anxious, nervous and concerned with every detail.She was able to decorate our wedding so it looked like a high-budget production. Her taste in decor is impeccable. Given our limited budget, she put together table pieces, decorations and lighting for our backyard that truly transformed the space. She also helped coordinate the minutia of a wedding: how we would walk down the aisle, where to arrange our food, utensils, beverages, etc., and all sorts of other things I'm sure even I am not aware she handled for us. Basically, day of, all my wife and I had to do was show up to our own wedding and enjoy it!Finally, we have to mention her team, which absolutely shined on the day. They worked hard to put every last detail in place and, during our reception, they continued working hard to make sure things went smoothly.We had a better wedding than we could have imagined, and the best part was it was all done within our budget.
