Elle Fit is the best! I take classes daily and do 1 private PT session per week with Christina. She is an excellent trainer and is well thought with what she has you do related to your body. ( I have had other trainers so I can compare and she is a leap above). Classes are the perfect way to get a great work out and have it scheduled so that you make it to the gym. Love this place. ELLE FIT is a wonderful spot for ladies to workout and have fun doing it! Their private studio atmosphere is non-intimidating and helpful for women who are looking for a place to get a good sweat, learn about healthly living and make new girlfriends!
