Never a bad show at The Elks. Every seat has a great view of the performance. The sound system is state-of-the-art and professionally manned. Dancing by the audience is encouraged at musical performances. Snacks and beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic are available in the lobby before curtain and during intermission. More...

Have seen a couple of concerts here and had a great time. The dance floor at the front of the theater is great no stuffy shirts here. Staff is extremely friendly and pricing very affordable. Quick drive from the Valley and the perfect overnight trip! We will be back soon! More...

I have enjoyed the pleasure of working behind stage at the Elks Theatre, On the Stage at the Elks, and working the spot-light at the Elks, I have also enjoyed being a "patron" at the Elks Theatre, watching some great shows and concert series, plus I have been there when they pulled out the dance floor, had a band and we celebrated New Years Eve in style. Last night we attended a wonderful night of comedy. It was a night full of great laughter highlighted by a very good comedic group. Best part of the night was the two stand up comedians brought in from Phoenix area. Their time on the stage was hilarious. Their spots eneded with you hoping they would do another set. Not a bad seat in the house!
Lots of legroom, seats are cushy, comfortable and wide enough. The popcorn is actually made there, not poured out of a bag into a popcorn machine.
Sound is good, great small venue. We love coming here. The restoration is soooo beautiful, we've been coming here, except when restoration closed the theatre, for the past 10 years. I would recommend it to everyone.

I volunteer, so there is some bias. Our volunteers (dressed in period costume) usher, work the box office and give tours during the week Tue-Fri 10am-2pm. Built in 1904-1905, it has been gorgeously restored. Shows are great -- I have seen most of them. We like to refer to the Elks Theatre as "The Pearl of Prescott". More...
