Working out with lizzy has been amazing. She's really a great teacher and motivator. When I want to stop or give up she gets me to push through and not give up. Working out with Liz has been the best thing I ever decided to do for myself. I’ve been working out with her for 2 months now and I don’t regret it one bit! She pushes me like crazy, but not too much. She listens to my concerns, and asks me everyday what I feel like working out. She reminds me everyday that progress takes time, and makes me feel good. I customize a plan specified to their goals, track progress with weekly photos, inbody scans biweekly to track weight, body fat %, & muscle mass %.
I offer 3 variations for meal planning, macro guidelimes to follow if they have an “on the go” lifestyle, strict meal plans or a “clean eating” document that shares good proteins, fats and carbs. That document also shares different meal variations for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as snack options.
When training at the facility with me you will be motivated and you’ll leave feeling like you accomplished something.
My goal is to ultimately be your start to a healthy lifestyle, to help you create those healthy habits that stick with you consistency throughout the remainder of your life.

By setting realistic goals, holding yourself accountable and staying consistent.
The first step is to always begin making small healthy changes.
I don’t believe in ridiculous dieting, starving yourself for hours or meal replacement shakes. I believe in getting healthy the old fashioned way. You can achieve your goals by eating healthier, being active & remember why you’re doing it.

Helping my clients be more motivated and seeing their results motivates me to be the best version of myself.

For years I struggled with finding my own motivation to begin working out myself. I know how scary it is to start and what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your body. I started my own business because I want to be there for you every step of the way and be the person you turn to for motivation and accountability.

All I want out of personal training is to help people fall in love with themselves and fall in love with fitness.
