Elizabeth helped me more than I even knew I needed. For starters, she emotionally walked me through a devastating hot water leak that ruined my condo. .. after the rebuild finally was completed she came in fully prepared, never having come to the property. She completely understood what I was looking for remotely... with the help of some pictures, of course. I must tell you, I am someone that is not good with change and she eased me through what has become an extraordinary transformation in my home. Her furniture choices, color palate, her keen vintage shopping sense and her "roll up her sleeves" in a DIY way, when needed, blew my mind. I also have to mention that she is an amazing artist and was able to create beautiful pieces that are now mine forever.
She listens...understands... gives her reasons "why" and will NEVER insist on her way if you're feeling something else. She can lead and create an entire project and also leans in to collaborate when you have sentimental pieces... She in fact loves that and helps make story around those pieces.

I write this review while sitting in my beautifully decorated living room full of gratitude for Elizabeth Flaherty. I’m not sure I can find adequate words to convey just how amazing this experience was, but I will certainly try.
The first things I noticed about Ms. Flaherty was her intelligence, energy and passion. We clicked immediately. Elizabeth was communicative, had a complete understanding of what I wanted and was very conscious of my budget. She poured over websites comparing items to get me the best price and passed on her designer discounts saving me a ton of money. (Out of curiosity, I calculated what I saved with these discounts and it basically covered her fees.)
Elizabeth is a full service decorator/designer. When she initially told me that, I wasn’t sure what she meant. But oh my gosh, do I know now. From finding contractors, interviewing more than one to find the best match, scheduling and confirming them to sending me calendar invites so I knew who to expect and when on any given day. She is meticulous in her craft. Making sure everything is centered exactly and that no ugly cords or wires are seen. She comes prepared and then some.
But Elizabeth’s true talent is not all the above mentioned things. No, her talent lies in her ability to pour her heart and soul into your project. By the end of it you truly feel as though your best friend just decorated your house. And let me be clear- you will want to be her best friend when it’s all said and done.
Elizabeth turned my house into a home. It was as if she climbed into my mind and could see everything I wanted then took that and created an even better result. To say it was magic would diminish her hard work but that’s kind of how it feels.
