New Image Inc had their Holiday lunch at Cobalt Manor on Friday. The holiday decorations were gorgeous! The food was devine. I had the Tomato Basil soup and it was the best. We went to the cafe for brunch today and we’re very pleased. Every part of our meal was fantastic. The building is gorgeous and has been wonderfully restored and decorated. Our server, Haylee, was very nice and really good at anticipating our needs, we didn’t have to ask her for anything. The food was delicious and Willie came out to speak to us as we finished up. We got the Amish Morning breakfast combo (sausage gravy), the Bleu Frances combo (stuffed French toast) and a Gouda Bacon omelet. I’m not sure if the orange juice was fresh squeezed but it was perfectly sweet and really balanced the house coffee well. I will for sure be participating in the mimosa bar next time we go for brunch and will definitely be back to try the dinner menu. More...

I went to Cobalt Manor for a lunch with a coworker & for the most part, was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was stylish & comfortable & they even let us play the piano. However, I do feel like I could have make more of a connection with my bartender. I felt like he was only there to place an order. Everyone was very nice & apologetic about a glass being dirty & a wine that was unavailable. That stuff does not bother me whatsoever. Things happen. I just like feeling like I’ve been friends with my waitress/waiter/bartender for years & I didn’t. He was nice though.. As far as food goes, it was killer! Gave compliments to the chef in his Crabcake Sandwich. The mashed cauliflower was on point as well. Will return!!! More...

We enjoyed the soft opening on 10/19/19 and know this will be our go to place when we are in Smyrna, DE and want to have a nice date night. This would also be the perfect venue for any type of reception or wedding etc. we really enjoyed the bar area ;) and the food we sampled was amazing!! Excellent dinner this evening!!! Everything was delicious and fixed by the best Chef in the area! Hubby so enjoyed his french onion soup and I so enjoyed by crab cake dinner. Our friends had crab cakes and also the NY Strip! While every item was not available as this was their soft opening, I can't wait to try some of the other dishes on the menu! This is a beautiful venue and much needed for our area! We have been following the amazing transformation of this home for several years and thrilled to see the doors open.! How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We begin with a pricing template to establish a working budget. Next you complete a questionnaire regarding theme and taste. Then you have a consultation with the chef to create your menu. Finally, if your package includes a tasting, you will make your final menu decisions.

Seeing the event come to life and how happy clients are after the event.

After seeing 20+ years of what businesses do wrong, I took that knowledge and created what is right.
