I train women with all areas of fitness. You can be someone that has no idea what you are doing-to-competing in a bodybuilding show. This is a safe place for women to come and not feel judged and can learn how to correctly keep their bodies healthy and the mind free.

Beth was very professional and thorough throughout the interview process. She was very easy to speak with. I explained my challenges I have faced previously and I felt like she understood it and me. I can’t wait to get started.

I was a client of Beth Chumbley in Denver. I was a former contestant many years prior so I had some knowledge, however her expertise way superseded any coach I had on the past. Not only on nutrition, which was enlightening, her professionalism and coaching drive to hold you accountable was exactly what I needed. She’s a leader, coach, and a friend. I'm consistent and I'm always checking in with them to ensure they don't fall off the wagon. I will also give 'tough love' speeches too if it helps them to reach they goals they dream of.

It's consistency and discipline. In order to maintain a reasonable weigh, you have to eat healthy and with portions. Overeating is the biggest issue people have because they don't spread out their meals throughout the day multiple time a day.

Also, you have to burn the calories you're not using so you body doesn't store it into bodyfat. Moving and staying active is the best way to stay fictional and not feel sore and tight all the time. But exercising is where you challenge the body to be stronger, more muscle, leaner and conditioned to have stamina.

I LOVE my job because I get to interact with people that feel lost, are struggling or just not sure where to start and knowing everything I've learned from the military and the schooling I went through, I have so much to offer and more. I suffer from PTSD and from my own personal recovery and how I have evolved, I feel I can help a tome of women feel empowered and in control of their lives again just the way I did. Plus I find joy in seeing women succeed and push themselves to a limit they though they could never get to. And the self pride they feel make me feel joy that they are finding their triumph of their life.

I was tire of 24 hour fitness hounding me to sell sell sell all the time and I didn't feel like I could be personable with my client they way I wanted to. Plus they were taking more money from me when I was doing all the work. So, I wanted to find something that is less expensive for my client but I'm still able to make money to be stable in my life. Plus being on my own, there are no expectation on how to act at work ha ha ha. I love to be sill and crazy. I love to make women feel a live and that they too can live the health lifestyle they dream for.

I only do online right now. I will be doing in person (Florida) in the near future

I would have them stay how and have them do video training or work with any equipment them may have at home

In this package, you will receive an individualized training program that reflects you needs and/or medical concerns. there are 2 form that provide me with the info needed to develop you program (Medical Questionnaire & Past History). You will also be provided with videos for any exercises you are not familiar with and it can guide you and how to execute them properly.

You will asl receive an individualized nutrition program or macro diet program. This will help you stay on track with what you are eating but also you learn when to eat that fit to your plan.

All packages/plan come with weekly or biweekly check-in's. This is to discuss progress, answer any question or concern and to discuss further planning. Measurement will be done and pictures to track the progress and to make sure things are on track or need adjusting.

In this package, it's similar to the Personal Training Program except it's an elite level training program. Things are stricter due to it being a sport and you are conditioning yourself to compete with other athletes. If you chose not to compete but only want the body. That is acceptable too.

You will need a posing suit or a bikini and clear heals for posing practice. Posing practice will be 1x a week. This is to cover your classes posing positions and moves.
