I called them yesterday and they responded my call immediately, set up and appointment in 24 hours and closed the deal, they reviewed my boss monthly statement and made sure they beat the rate my boss is currently paying. I highly recommend, after all no body does business if you have to pay to do business, this days people don't use cash anymore, and is tacky to charge for a credit card transaction to a customer.
