Who are we? We are a mix of Jackson and Medina’s top personal trainers. We specialize in body building, strength training, body conditioning, high intensity cardio, high intensity weight training, as well as nutrition. All of our trainers a certified professionals.

What we do is sit down with our clients and the beginning and do what it call a PAR Q as well as an assessment. During the assessment we will ask a variety of questions that will help us compline an action plan or plan of attack for their training program. We determine how long it will take to reach there goals so that way the client has an understanding on the length of time to get to their goals, both long term as well as short. We also help our clients psychologically prepare for their fitness journey at the beginning, answering any questions they may have. We also help our clients with nutrition and education. Our programs offer 1 on 1 personal training, a written workout plan tailored specifically to the client, 30 day evaluations, and nutritional guidance.

I wouldn’t say there is a secret to fitness and obtaining the body of your dreams but I will say consistency, accountability, motivation, and determination with the will power and education will help you get there.

Most of us that are in the fitness industry do this because of our passion for it. To be able to pass out our knowledge to our clients and literally making a difference in their lives is what I love most. Once in a while you get a client that if we don’t get them started “right now” their life expectancy isn’t very high. The feeling I get to be able to watch our clients lose weight and get healthy is a feeling like no other. Being able to change lives one day at a time is priceless.

With over 15 years of experience and with 10 years of consistency in the industry we have the experience necessary to assist you through your individual fitness journey. We also are the only training company made up of the areas best trainers. We are also the only company with training rights in two separate training facilities. All of our trainers are all certified. We specifically specialize in weight loss and toning, bulking, HIT training/cardio, and bodybuilding.

We can do both online and in person. As we do prefer in person we know that some of our clients have hectic schedule so the online option best works for them.

All of our training facilities require each member to clean every piece of equipment they use with a disinfectant that has been proven to effectively kill the COVID-19 virus.

Services

bodybuilding is a regimen of exercises designed to enhance the human body's muscular development and promote general health and fitness. As a competitive activity, bodybuilding aims to display in artistic fashion pronounced muscle mass, symmetry, and definition for overall aesthetic effect.

Strength training (also known as resistance exercise) increases muscle strength by making muscles work against a weight or force. Resistance exercise is an anaerobic exercise. Different forms of strength training include using free weights, weight machines, resistance bands and your own body weight.

HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Body conditioning is a broad term that refers to a wide range of physical activities and exercises that train the whole body. Body conditioning exercises include full-body workout exercises that activate the entire body and exercises that simultaneously use multiple major muscle groups

We will help provide you with maintenance macro goals to hit during your training program. Everyone’s maintenance goals may be different from person to person. We will apply a formula that has been developed to find where your maintenance levels are. From there we will guide you through the process. Our evaluation are done every 30 days during the course of the program. This will allow us to tweak your daily macros as needed to correlate it with your work out program.

We use a user friendly fitness/trainer application which is downloaded to your phone. On this app all workouts are uploaded to the application. This allows the client to see the workout and a video description on how to do the exercise. The client can then pull out their workout cards for the days they want to train without their personal trainer. The application is also a great communication tool between you and your trainer. The application will also hold your progress from the start of your training, (ie. Body fat, weight, measurements, and progress pictures). The app also allows your trainer to provide you custom nutrition guidance directly.
