My husband and I stopped into Elite Remodeling yesterday to get some ideas and we left with several contractors contacts.  John Todd, owner, couldn't have been nicer given our job was too small for them .  He gave us a lot of great, low cost suggestions as well as the contacts for contractors and vendors with which he does business.  Should we have a larger project we will definitely come back to see John.  Thank you!!!  Holly and Neal More...

This was our second project with Elite. We worked together to completly renovate our master bathroom. Kelli was amazing through all the design discussions and selections. Blake and team were timely and receptive any feedback we had through the process. We have had two mid-large size remodels through Elite....a complete kitchen redo and a complete hall bathroom redo. Both projects turned out beautifully. John Todd, the owner, has on his staff some of the most conscientious and creative people we have worked with, and his technical contractors are very good at their work. Elite Remodeling remodeled my master bathroom several years ago. They came out and fixed a shower problem superbly. We were so happy with our bathroom that we had them totally redo our kitchen. One of the things that I had my heart set on was an island. I was told by others that my kitchen was not wide enough for an island. Elite found a way to do a fabulous island in my kitchen. We had a complete kitchen remodel done by Elite, plus new flooring throughout our house, in early 2015. We haven't had one visitor who doesn't make some unsolicited comment to the effect of, "Wow- this is the most beautiful kitchen I've ever seen! I love it!" or something similar. Our master bath and kitchen remodel was done by Elite. From start to finish this team was very easy to work with and were always available to answer questions or make additional changes that we wanted. We had a budget and they were careful to work within our budget. Even after the remodel, if I had any type of home repair questions, they were open and honest to point me in the right direction. We updated our kitchen by painting our honey oak cabinets, installing granite countertops, putting in a copper backsplash, and installing all new appliances. We also reconfigured and stained custom cabinets, repaired our fireplace after a roof leak, and installed new carpets. The results are so wonderful, my relatives now plan to do similar updates to their home (unfortunately, they live about 5 hours away and can't use Elite). The quality of the work speaks for itself. What you can't see from before-and-after pictures: we needed a ton of expert advice in getting new updates to match areas we didn't touch. You can trust every person associated with Elite completely with every bit guidance. They won't steer you wrong. You'll be happy with both the project and the responsiveness all along the way. Elite Remodeling's performance exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the renovation project.

Their professionalism communicating with us every step of the way and in dealing with change orders, multiple vendors and tight schedules was exemplary.

Their attention to detail was reflected in the overall high craftsmanship and quality of work.

We used Elite to remodel our kitchen, floors, and family room fireplace. They did a phenomenal job, as is evidenced by the comments we get from everyone who has seen our house. They were even extremely prompt with a minor warranty issue for some interior cabinet lighting (issue was with a transformer) which occurred more than a year and a half after the remodeling was completed. Elite Remodeling has been a wonderful experience for me. First, the staff really knows their business. They came to my home and looked at what I wanted done. Asked a few questions and left. A few days later they invited me to their store to show me what they had picked. The hit the nail on the head.
As for the work crew, they were also wonderful. They would prep the area every day and at the end of the day they would clean it. The next day they would do it again. This went on for about 4 weeks. The quality of their work was excellent.
Mr. Todd would come by about every 3 days to see the progress.
The work was finished and a cleaning crew came in to make it sparkle.
I had a walking shower, new vanity, lights and a pocket door installed.
I recommend this company Elite Remodeling from Frisco, TX to everyone. You will not be disappointed. More...

We contracted Elite Remodeling to fully remodel our master bathroom. This included removal of our current shower, soaker tub, flooring and lighting. Elite redesigned our bath with a new and larger tile shower, freestanding tub, new tile and lights. Kelli did an excellent job designing our new bath. Steve and his team took Kelli's design and made it a reality. We were given an estimate of 6 weeks to complete the project, however

During one of our job quotes, the owner John, designer Kelli, their architect and plumber showed up to walk the area and discuss ideas and options. This was before spending a dime. We initially hired Elite Remodeling about four years ago to remodel a bathroom, a laundry area, and kitchen. They did an excellent job in a timely manner with minimal disruption to our family. So two years ago we hired them to remodel our other three bathrooms, as well as some other smaller jobs like repairing a wall where there was some water damage. Finally, this past summer we hired them to install wood flooring on two floors, plus redo the stairs and balusters going to the second floor, and replace three outside doors; plus, again some smaller jobs such as some brick repair work and redo some built in cabinets. Whether the job was large or small, each job was done well and they were not happy until we were. In addition, if something shows up later they return to fix it. I have called twice, once almost two years after the job, for minor fixes and both were handled within a week at no charge. Everything about these three jobs were handled professionally, from the paper work to the workmanship. They were flexible when we asked them to be and honored deadlines for which we had asked. We were very pleased how all these projects turned out and would not hesitate to call them again, if needed, for another project. John Todd has put together a quality company. We did an extensive remodel of our master bathroom. Windows, moving the shower, tub removed,floor redone,etc... We are very happy with the quality of the work and detail put into it. For my kitchen remodel, I kept my existing cabinets and flooring, and changed everything else...appliances, counter top, back splash, lighting, sink, fixtures and cabinet hardware. Elite's designer, Staci, assisted me with the selection of all materials, the design of the tile back splash, and the placement for the lighting. I don't really enjoy shopping, and I had been concerned about the weight of these decisions, knowing I'd have to live with my choices for a very long time. But once we got started, it was actually a lot of fun. I could see Staci was not going to let me make a huge design mistake. She gently pointed out things about my kitchen that would affect my selections (things I had not noticed in 10 years of living in my house!) She was conscientious about sticking to my budget.

I couldn't be more pleased, not only with the results, but with the entire experience. Every night, I returned from work to find my kitchen was swept and materials were out of my way. At the end of the project, they had a cleaning team come in to clean the kitchen and adjacent rooms. My house looked fabulous.

Elite runs their projects similar to how we handle projects at my multi-billion dollar company. There is a documented project plan outlining the work to be done and the time line. John (the owner), Staci, and the project managers met with me at my home for a project kickoff meeting, and we walked through every aspect of the project, right down to where my cat would be during the construction and what bathroom the workers were permitted to use. Communication throughout the project was consistent and timely. I usually had a response to my texts to the project manager within 30 minutes. I have a very stressful job, and I was thrilled that I didn't have to spend time chasing anyone down or worrying if they would honor their commitments.

Elite's focus is clearly on customer service and quality. They enter the project with a spirit of collaboration and don't try to push you to make choices you can't afford. I have heard such horror stories about remodeling companies. When I tell people my project was completed on time and on budget, and I had a great experience, many are surprised.

For you single women out there, Elite would be a good choice for you. I interviewed 4 other contractors prior to selecting Elite, and those interactions left me with a feeling that they were going to rip me off. I didn't have even a hint of that with Elite. Their team was in no way patronizing or impatient when I had questions, and there was full transparency.

Elite has tours of client's homes every few months, so you can see their work and speak to the client about the experience. Definitely take one of these tours as part of your vetting process. Not only do you get to see the quality of Elite's work, but you can get some great ideas for your own project!

We have been extremely happy with Elite Remodeling. John Todd’s entire team of professionals made it well worth the effort of moving out of our home for the remodel, which was total kitchen/living area with an entertainment center, all floors, and laundry facility. Much of the work involved updating electrical/plumbing. Kelli Parker brought forth a wonderful design with ideas that I had not imagined would work in our space, but that far exceeded our expectations. Staci Hayden provided multiple design options that not only were well within our budget, but mindful of our own concept. Chris Buchanan, as Senior Project Manager, guided his team of contractors and workers through to a beautiful finish, also providing some expert details we had not previously considered. Even though we were not in the home at the time, it was always left orderly and as clean as possible each day, with everyone being respectful of our home. Communication is key with so many people involved, and there was never a problem getting through to Chris or anyone else at Elite, always getting an immediate reply.
