Wow, I can't recommend Joe and his team at Elite Relocation enough. Communication was great, they showed up on time, were completely prepared and they worked quickly and efficiently. Once they started working was when I could really tell they were next-level movers. They had floor and door protectors, wrapped everything perfectly, and took great care of our glass furniture. They packed our rental truck like Tetris masters and most importantly when we unpacked after a cross-country move, NOTHING was broken. Joe also walked me through how to operate a couple of things on the truck when I mentioned how nervous I was to drive it. Their quote was a little higher than some of the cheaper movers but not having to replace anything that broke, not having any damage to the house, and packing the truck as efficiently as they did more than made up for the price difference. With only 36 hours notice, the guys with Elite Relocation were on time and well prepared. They had clean blankets and wrapped each of the 12 new dining chairs completely. From Hudson Bend to San Marcos, they arrived within an hour and placed the chairs where I needed. Great job! Will call on them again. More...

I've used them for at least 3 moves and I've been extremely happy with their service. They've moved all my things multiple times without damage, and the one time there was a little damage (for which I hold most of the responsibility, as I should've packed better! ) rather than arguing with me or dodging the issue, they immediately made it right, and I really respect that. They are the worst!!!! I booked them based on the reviews....which Have to be lies. We paid  for 3 men for 2 hours. We have moved several times and know for a fact that all our belongings fit in a 26' truck. They were to begin at 10 am. 1 guy (K) showed up at 12:10 and immediately turned his work clock on, he then sat on our couch until the 2nd guy (V) arrived at 12:25. They told us only 2 men were coming. At 12:30 we got a text from Elite/hire-a-helper saying our time was up and we were going to be charged double if the men didn't leave. NOT ONE THING HAD BEEN LOADED. K began yelling that he'd been working since 12:10. They both then spent about 20 minutes on their phones telling whoever that they had been over 2 hours late. They finally began loading the truck about 12:55. K complained about the stairs-Then K complained about the wood furniture. He wanted a "tip" for the stairs and the furniture. K then went out to use his phone again while V continued to load stuff. K stated that he was trying to get paid and told us how bad the company was at that.He said he needed gas to get to his next job and if they didn't pay him that day he couldn't afford to drive....his new Camaro. Meanwhile V is loading, and he finally got K off his phone long enough to load the sofa, washer, dryer, and fridge. They then took a photo of their "work" to prove they'd done it. About 1:45pm they came inside and informed us they had to leave or they were getting fired. At this point my husband called hire-a-helper and spent probably 20 minutes trying to get some kind of satisfaction. We were offered $15.00 credit. Unacceptable. They agreed not to charge us for the 3rd helper but they refused to acknowledge that we hadn't even gotten 1 hour of actual loading even with 2 men. They said they'd not charge us for the 3rd hour. It was like they were from another planet. all the time K is yelling that he's been working since 12:10. As they were supposedly loading stuff, I went out to put things in the car several times, easily half the time K was sitting in his car talking on the phone.....he'd see me and jump out and trot over complaining about how he's not getting paid. he was hinting for cash under the table. He finally got in his car and left. V also had to go. V actually did most of the work alone. When I went out to see the truck I was appalled. They had.about 1/2 of our stuff loaded, and the truck looked like a few 12 year olds had loaded it. Yes, I took photos. This is supposed to be a MOVING company with men to load the truck. What we got was one guy willing but no clue how to load a truck, and one who didn't want to be there at all....but wanted to get paid for doing next to nothing. So.....We are both in our 70's. medical issues force us not to lift more than 15 pounds. That's why we had to pay for help to load the truck. My husband is a VietNam veteran. We had asked them to load our blow up mattress last so we could sleep in our new house. We'd planned to arrive about 5pm.  But at 2:20 they were gone. Leaving us with half our belongings in the garage. We had to call friends to help finish loading......but the 2 "pros" from elite moving had done such a terrible job of loading only so much could be put in, the only fix would have been to unload and start over. About 7pm We had to give up and close the truck and drive the three hours to our new place. As seniors we don't like to drive at night but we weee forced to do so. We got the truck to the house about 10:30pm, but could not access the mattress so we had to stay at a motel ($105.00), due to the hour and some event we could find only a questionable one. During the night someone hit our car ($1687.00) worth of damage. The next morning the 3 men we'd hired to unload showed up, on time, and got the truck unloaded in just over an hour. (Same hire-a-helper, but Houston- and these men were fantastic). Not finished with Elite movers..... that afternoon we get home after a food run, and my husband collapsed at the front door. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, no concussion, no heart attack, no stroke, so they sent him home. As we arrived, about to enter the house, he collapsed again, this time there was blood,  so I called that hospital back and they said  I had to get him to a bigger hospital.....he was admitted to Memorial Hermann about 11:30pm due to internal bleeding. From lifting and moving items we paid "elite" movers to do. He was in the hospital for 5 days......we haven't even seen that bill yet. A few days after he was released we had to rent another truck ($289.00) (and $95.08  in gas for said truck) and drive back and finish loading the rest of our belongings, we had volunteer help this time, and finally got moved out, Elite movers cost us $2,186.08 so far. We have not gotten the hospital/ambulance/medical/procedure bills yet. They then offered $75.00 and all we had to do was respond to their email. That hasn't even paid off. More...

We are in the process of listing our home and needed all our items packed and in loaded in a storage pod. Thank goodness I came across Elite Relocation here in Pflugerville! I've never seen a group of guys work so hard and packed every item with such an attention to detail as Joe, Dylan, and Anthony, what an amazing team they make!! Joe must be a Tetris pro for how he was able to fill our Storage Pod, there was not an inch wasted!! They arrived on time, prepared, and went right to work and never stopped until the job was done, 6 hours in total. We are relocating out of state and Elite Relocation lifted the stress right off my back and at an amazing price to boot!! Would you like to use movers that won't bump, scratch, or ding a single wall or corner at the old and the new place? Then hire these guys! ! They disassembled and reassembled beds. They wrapped everything in pads and plastic. They laid down floor protection. They took my TV off the wall without issue. Rather than send 2 movers, with Elite Relocation you get three! That really speeds things up. In short, do yourself a favor and call Joe. He was right on budget and everyone was wonderful to work with. They also played good music during the move. :) More...

We used this company to move us from Austin, Texas, to Denver, Colorado, and we are completely happy with the service. Â Joe and his team always delivered exactly when, where, and how they promised. Â We had no damage during our move, which consisted of a 2,600 sqft, 4 bedroom house with 30 years' worth of treasured belongings. Â Their price was highly competitive with other quotes we received. They're were extremely communicative professional from the beginning , confirming apts and sending over a quote to agree , answered all questions. Â Stephen and (Dylan? Devon? We needed to move a 2 bedroom apartment in Austin and 2 storage units in Round Rock to our new home in Georgetown. Kaylee (sorry if I misspelled that! ) suggested 2 trucks with 2 movers per truck and those guys were awesome!! They were fast and efficient while remaining mindful of our possessions. At the risk of sounding like a broken record (all "5.0 Ratings"!), I can only confirm and echo the accolades written in support of Elite Relocation services: They simply do a fabulous job, and at a most competitive price. Mustafa and Stephen were the movers assigned to us, for a "2-stop" move (home and storage facility), ending at my daughter's third floor apartment (no elevator). The two men communicated extremely well, and were courteous, efficient--and even humorous. This is my 2nd move with Elite Relocation and I couldn't have been more satisfied, there were a couple of hiccups with the apartment management and the movers were very accommodating with anything that came up, fortunately everything worked out so it didn't set them back any but they just rolled with it and they were able to get my belongings loaded and unloaded quickly! Don't use! There is nothing good I can say about this company. I initially chose this company because it had a 5 star review (don't know how). Red flags from the beginning. We were told the owner would call and do a phone video and give us an estimate. Each and every time he was scheduled to call, we did not hear from him. We called the office and was given some sort of excuse about 3 times before he actually did call. He gave us an estimate and we accepted. Then, we never received a confirmation. We needed to be out quickly so we just wanted to make sure we were on the schedule. Each time WE called them for confirmation, we were told several times, we're on the books but not confirmed. We confirmed Several times.  On move in date, the guys were late. 3 large guys show up with a good size truck. They come in and look at what needs to be moved and say it's too big of a job for them and the truck isn't big enough, we would need two trucks. He said he wouldn't be able to get a second truck until the next morning. We said that would be fine and asked if they could get started with loading the first truck and take it to storage. Then, here come all the excuses, one after the other. Pure Laziness is what it was. We talked  to the owner and he said he'd call to see if he could get a second crew out that day. He said to give him about 30 minutes. The guys left and the owner never called back. We were left in quite a bind. We contacted another moving company, APACHE, they busted their butts and got us all packed up. Two smaller guys by themselves loaded about 1/3 of the heavy furniture before the other crew got there. They did an excellent job wrapping up all our stuff with care and did it professionally and efficiently. If anyone decides to use Elite Relocation because of the other "5 star" ratings, you have been warned. i'd hate to see this happen to anyone else. It was a complete nightmare! More...

So glad that our daughter recommended Elite to us because they had done such a great job for her move last year. The team that we had, Clinton, Beau and Taylor were excellent and worked so hard for us that day. We moved from a one story home to a second floor apartment and we have some heavy items of furniture. This review come a little late since we have used Elite twice in the past year and a half. Â They are experienced and need little instruction to work. Â They did offer a great rate but what really mattered is they handled all of our belongings so well without any mishaps. Â What was worth the extra time is that they took apart all bed and set them back up at my new place.
