Elite Personal Training

My training sessions with Toby have become a valued part of my life over the past 2 years. He is not just my trainer but has become a great friend! The amount of changes I've experienced not only physically but also mentally, I can proudly say that I am in the best shape of my life (at almost 47 years old).You can see and feel how much he loves what he does! Not only is he passionate, professional and dedicated to his business, his clients and their overall well being, his love for family is incomparable. He goes over and above to give you the support and encouragement that you are looking for in a personal trainer as well as a welcoming, non-judgmental and positive environment to train in. He drives you to make a lifestyle change that works best for you and encourages you to keep pushing forward. He kicks my ass every morning and keeps me smiling while doing it. I always walk away from workouts with a sense of accomplishment and ready to do it again the next morning. I found out about Elite Personal Training through a friend. She had spoken so highly of Toby the owner and Ricki, her personal trainer, that I decided to take the plunge and see if it would be a good fit for me, too! I did a consultation with Ricki and signed up for my first twelve weeks. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a second twelve week session, and I can only imagine I will continue to do so for a long time. Elite is an appointment only facility for training, which I personally love. Large gyms are intimidating to me. I get overwhelmed and can't focus. With Elite you're working one-on-one with the trainer to focus on basics - making sure you have good form, performing work outs that fit you, all the while they are pushing you to overcome and be better. I've been with Elite a little over a year now, I'm 56 and I am stronger than I've ever felt. I wanted to get fit to be able to run and play with my Grandchildren and ride my horses comfortably! It's been a great awakening, I love it!! I highly suggest Ricki ! She's a motivator and keeps you going even when you don't think you have it in you! I've brought a big group to lift with!!!
