Shauna Gut was a pleasure to work with. She was upfront about the home selling process, what we could expect from her and her team and knowledgeable about the current market conditions. Right away she scheduled a walk thru of our home, gave us recommendations on ways to improve our chances of a sale, and pulled comps in our area. We invested just under $2K in upgrades/paint with her preferred handyman and sold our home within 24 hours of our one and only open house for $3K more than asking. All the while juggling our own home search. She took us on 3 full days of open house appointments and found our forever home negotiating seller paid closing costs. We used her preferred lender All Western Mortgage and got locked in at a great rate with no points.
