I was reluctant at first because I had so many other things going on, Taekwondo, yoga, and running. My husband and my 12 year old son where thoroughly enjoying and talking about how knowledgeable Ryan was when teaching them corrective and technique that I just had to give it a try. I love it. I am getting stronger and learning running techniques, lifting and conditioning exercises, stretching before and after, and the mix makes the time fly and makes me feel like I'm getting a whole body workout. I'm a 45 year old mother of 4. I started training with Ryan at ESC in December 2013. I was overweight, hadn't exercised regularly in years, and suffered from chronic fatigue. It was all I could do to drag myself out of bed each morning. I started working out 2x/week, then quickly increased that to 3x/week. Fast forward to one year later and I feel great! I've lost weight, my sleep has improved, and I'm not tired all the time. I'm stronger and have energy to do whatever I want. Even my mood and stress levels are better. Best of all, this is a program I can maintain. We do a different workout each day of the week, then Ryan plans a completely new program every 4 weeks. It's never monotonous or boring.
