Viv is one of my best friends and I have used Parties by Viv several times in the past. She has made Minnie Mouse balloon Columns for my daughters second birthday, Mickey Mouse balloon Columns for my sister in laws baby shower, and a balloon carriage for my daughters third birthday just to name a few examples.
