The impact I have on people and their business. The relationship built in the process of solving people’s problems and providing peace of mind make it worth the long hours.

I was working myself to the bone for an organization that didn’t care about me. So I thought why not do this for myself, where I can create efficient processes and build meaningful relationships with clients.

While I have previously worked with clients in person I currently work remotely with all current clients. A client portal is made available for accessing and uploading documentation as needed. I use a workflow software to ensure all tasks are completed and communication is fluid.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Because I am exclusively virtual, COVID doesn’t affect our working relationship.
