Had the Silverthorne Cheeseburger sliders. Wow, toasted bun, double patties. Three for $9.00. Bargain. Excellent. Recommend this truck wholeheartedly!!

I'm a fan! We came to he intrepid sojourner for a brew after a long day hiking and fortunately this truck was on the premises. I got the loaded dog I believe it was called, because it had green chili's on it. The fries it came with were amazing, bun was pretty plain. My fiancé had the tacos and was jealous because my portion was much bigger. Everything came out pretty fast. Wasn't cheap but pretty good value. More...

Not sure about all the negative reviews, I had the Alamosa Asada Tacos and they were very good! They were "street tacos" of course they were small. But stuffed with good tasting meat, a black bean and corn salsa, fresh lettuces, sprinkled with queso freshco and a chipotle aioli with just a little heat. Just right amount for one, if you want to feed the table for $10 you better head to Del Taco. I'll try them again cause I'm sure they'll be at Grist again. Don't listen to the other reviewer - over half of his reviews are 1 star. This is a great food truck. I had the brisket tacos ($10). 3 tacos to an order with a very generous amount of brisket, delicious salsa and sauce. Â I also split some pretzels ($6) and dipping sauces which were very good as well. Service was fast, especially for the amount of people ordering from them at the time. Very friendly folks too!
