How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Healthy eating can make or break how you feel all together. I feel like a healthy balanced diet is one of the most important parts of living your best, and feeling your best.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people make postive changes in their lives, that ultimately helps them feel better. Helping people live, and be the strongest them possible is my main goal, and so rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired when my dad had cancer, and a dietitian helped him get through his treatment. I never knew there was such a role as a dietitian until one saved his life.
