He had just completed a remodel on the property and wanted to get a good price as well as sell it in a reasonable amount of time. I contacted Ronen to see if he wanted to handle the seller, even though I had never given him a client referral before. Ronen told me he'd reach out to the client. Which he did. The second he hung up the phone. Which is pretty fast.The client contacted me and said Ronen was "Amazing" and had spent a bunch of time at his house going over all the little details and talking with him about what elements would be good to showcase to get people interested in the house. They got a LOT of interest in the house, even in a down market, because of Ronen's positioning the housing appropriately in the market based on the price and features of the home.When the house went under contract the seller contacted me that he was thrilled with Ronen and how communicative and hard-working Ronen was.Ronen is not only a great agent, but he's a good person.
