I left the corporate training community 6 years ago, because I wanted to establish a place that was focused completely on results, and cultivated a positive and comfortable work environment. No hidden fees, overcharges, or contracts, just good quality personal training that will help clients have the proper motivation and direction, both in the gym and with nutrition, that will help them achieve their goals.

I loved what I was doing, but hated the politics of corporate gyms, and the lack of care about the clients from the corporate level.
