What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret! Hard work, dedication, and commitment to your goals is the only way to succeed in a body transformation.
What do you love most about your job?
It's amazing for me when a client is able to put all of the little things together that I teach to hit their goals. Fitness and changing your body and lifestyle is not easy to do, so I love helping and being apart of someones transformation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in big box gyms and didn't like how everyone was seen as a number there. I felt under appreciated for what I brought to the business, and knew the my managers and owners didn't see clients as people but just statistics. I wanted a way to get into the personal side of training and starting my own business allowed me to do that.

Yes, the option for online workout programs and zoom sessions/workouts is available.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our studio is perfectly designed to promote social distancing. We do not offer memberships and are not open to the public. There is never anyone in the facility without working directly with one of our personal trainers. This allows us to keep safe distance from one another while working out.
