What a great place! We started out with hummus and naan. Delicious! Then I ordered the chicken pot pie with the house salad. I was going to stop after eating half, but couldn't do it. I finished it up!! The others with me had the butter chicken, fish and chips, and fish tacos. Pure deliciousness. Definitely will come back to the Elephant & Castle! Waitstaff was very good. My waiter on this visit was as professional as it gets. Fast, courteous, efficient and very pleasant. The burger (double standard) was wonderful. Cooked just right. The only downside was the level of noise. The music was so loud in my original seating that I had to ask to be moved to someplace a bit quieter. Cool pub, good beer selection both domestic micro and imports. Enjoyed half price apps. Service is ok, we had to ask multiple times for an item they forgot to bring and eventually we got it but were charged full price instead of happy hour price (it took an hour to get it).
