What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people realizing and breaking down internal blocks. Helping people articulate their dreams and then creating a sustainable plan to create it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked with people for 20 years in counseling, community development and goal setting within the nonprofit and private sector. I wanted to combine my education and years of experience to create my ReBuilding Blocks Series to help people that wouldn't otherwise seek help through those channels.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because not only my education, years of experience but I have experienced many life's challenges. In that I have built resilience, looking deeper for answers and the desire to succeed. I want to help others build that same resilience and other tools they need to succeed.

I provide services within my area, and I also provide remote services. I don't want location to be barrier for someone not to receive great coaching.

In creating a personalized coaching plan, I assist with learning how to become "present" in your relationship, gain positive habits and improve communications skills. In areas like dating, family, divorce and other interpersonal relationships.
