I had been thinking about getting a massage the last few weeks because of some head and shoulder pain, probably from work and weight lifting, and found this place today. I'm so glad I came in. I received the $30 off discount and definitely considering joining their easy membership. I had Todd, who specializes in Swedish massage, and it was such a pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing experience. He spent his time hearing my issues and seeing how he could provide relief. It was one of the best full body massages ever. My body felt so revived and recuperated afterwards. I could've laid there for another probably, it was like so much tension and toxins were released. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful as well. The place was clean and the rooms were relaxing as well. The music was perfect. Thanks again for everything. I will be back soon. More...

I had a very sore back from the weeks work. Sabrina worked on it for an hour. Although somewhat painful at the time. Once I got up and started moving around I was much more limber than before and the pain was gone. Highly recommend elements massage.

Appearance is equivalent to a massage school...However price is NOT! There is no relaxation room before or after treatment.  The therapist wore gloves (which I am not totally opposed to) however, I would have liked for that to be mentioned prior and clearly the therapist did not use enough lotion therefore the gloves were rubbing uncomfortably on my skin.  When I answered a survey stating this I received a phone call from a "manager" who proceeded to tell me the therapist had a skin condition outbreak that day and really should not have been working but neglected to tell them.  Needless to say, I was appalled.  The manager asked me to come back for a second time and I told her I was turned off by their services but that I used a Spa Finder gift card for a portion of my payment so could I get that credited back to me. The manager became some what rude and said someone else would get back to me....I am STILL WAITING 2 weeks later.  In my opinion they are EXTREMELY overpriced  and unprofessional. More...

I'm a bit late with this review as I have been going to Elements for over three years and never thought of jumping on Yelp to give a review. Jump back about four years and I initially went for a recurring aching low back which was actually causing me to miss work. So I made an appointment with Carol who had come highly rated by a couple of people I knew. I was not one for massages but I was a bit desperate. Anyway, my first appointment I explained my symptoms and she worked on me for an hour. I walked out much happier albeit a bit worn out as this was not just a feel good massage, this was a need for help and to relieve the pain and lack of mobility I had. Been going back ever since and as a creature of habit, only go to Carol as she knows me now and what is needed for maintenance on me. More...
