Elemental OM yoga studios is one of the main reasons I love living in Cincinnati! These beautiful and serene yoga studios provide places to practice all limbs of yoga, something that is not found easily around these parts of town. The caring and professional staff are attentive to the needs of their students and I feel safe practicing yoga with these teachers (who have all had the proper training to guide you through the class safely so that you leave feeling refreshed and not injured). The beautiful studios also have yogi wares for sale and on top of that the owner of the studios is a wealth of knowledge who offers classes to expand your practice off the mat as well. So happy I discovered this studio! The Cleanse is amazing, the classes are top notch, and the atmosphere is superb! Now I am taking the yoga teacher training class, which has really helped me establish my own spiritual practice!!!
