Hey Utah friends!! I'm talking to athletes looking for a quick recovery after an intense workout. I'm talking to anyone in chronic pain from old injuries, or maybe starting to feel the effects of aging. You guys need to try out whole body cryo at Element cryotherapy + wellness. I know it seems like another fad, and trust me, when my wife told me one of the Kardashians does this, I was almost immediately against it , but let me say this. I have a degree in exercise and wellness and a Masters degree in health science. I learned in my grad year to research the crap out of these "fads" cause as a therapist I get asked all the time about alternative therapies. So I reviewed the current research on whole body cryo and its a real thing. I've been hitting the weights pretty hard recently...trying to get rid of this "Dad Bod"! Normally 12 hours after my morning workout I'm still feeling the workout, you know. A little tired, but in a good way....just that "recovery" feeling. Well today I went in to try this whole body cryo, and I felt amazing afterwards; in fact it's been a little over six hours since my session and my legs feel great (today was leg day!), like the recovery is done and I'm ret' to hit those weights again, you know! Yes, I'll admit that I do know the owner of this establishment, Element Cryotherapy + Wellness, and that is why I'm giving him this public review, BUT even though I know him, that doesn't mean I like him enough to lie for him! The cryotherapy treatments have really helped the pain in my lower back. Combined with the percussion massage, it has really helped reduce the inflammation. Nate and the rest of the staff have been so helpful in taking the time in explaining the many benefits of the different treatments in a no-pressure approach! More...
