We used Elegant Limousine for my sisters Bachelorette party and had Ray as a driver to our wineries. We have used several limo services in the past and this was by far our best experience. Booked the Chardonnay package for a bachlorette wine day. The party bus was the perfect size for our group of 15. It was fully stocked with water and soda which was nice. Tom, our driver, showed up early, helped us stay on track of time, and took pictures of us the entire day. He was extremely friendly and professional! We stopped at Jason's, Lenz, and Pugliese. All had beautiful scenery and fully ample wine tastings. Sandwiches, which were a little small, a fruit and cheese platter, and chips were provided for lunch. I did a bunch of research looking for a company we can use for a day at the wineries.  Elegant seemed to provide the most bang for your buck.  For 8 people, I booked the Cabernet package which is a 7 hour tour with 3 stops and includes lunch, chips, cheese & fruit platter, water and soda.  We also opt'd for the Riverhead Ciderhouse which is a $15 additional cost per person.Our driver, Ray, arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled pick-up time, which was great so we were able to leave exactly on-time.  We were in a Lincoln Stretch Limo, my guess is that it is classified as a 10-12 person limo, with 8 people we were fine, but I think if we had a 9th person it would have been cramped.  The limo was in great condition and on a 95 degree day, the AC kept us very comfortable.  Ray was great, he was super personable and was happy to take tons of pictures of our group and carry coolers to and from the limo.  He took great care of us.We had about an hour at each of the 3 stops; our travel time from our pick-up location was about 1.5 hours.  First stop was Ciderhouse and was probably my favorite.  It's a large and comfortable atmosphere.  Next up was Duck Walk where we grabbed a table inside and Ray set-up our lunch.  The sandwiches provided were good, but kind of on the small side.  1 of the 8 is gluten free so did not eat the sandwiches and the 7 of us had no issues finishing them off.  The cheese and fruit platter was good.  The last stop was at Pugliese which is mainly outside with some live music. We brought our snacks from the car in and had them with our wine.  Nice vibe but on a super hot day it's a little uncomfortable.Overall we had a really great time and I would definitely do it again. As my wedding day approached, I heard more and more horror stories about limo companies being late, not showing up or breaking down. .. so I got more and more nervous! However, Elegant Limo was flawless on my wedding day! We had 3 separate vehicles booked from them for our wedding day - a party bus, a coach bus and a car service for my husband and I. We took a coach bus of 37 people this past Saturday and let me tell you it was the best time of my life. I was a little nervous planning such a big group but the staff was understanding and answered every question I had. We went to three different vineyards, which included lunch, snacks and multiple wine tastings.Our guide, Tom, was absolutely AMAZING. He made this outing so much fun and was so organized! Tom was hysterical, friendly and approachable, so much so he reminded me of family. We used elegant limousine for my bachelorette party to take a winery tour. Charlie made our trip perfect! He was beyond attentive and informative. He pulled aside my maid of honor and gave her an entire run down on how we could maximize our time. At every stop he reviewed the game plan with us and made suggestions on how we could make each activity more enjoyable. Elegant Limousine provided shuttle transportation for our guests staying at the hotel for our wedding. I chose them because I have used them for several wine tours over the years and they are always excellent. The wedding was no exception. Transportation was what I was most worried about on my wedding day. I dreaded the thought of the bus arriving late or someone being left behind. We used Elegant Limousine for our November wedding; we used a 3-hour limousine, 4-hour party bus, and 8-hour shuttle bus between our venue and the hotel. A representative from Elegant Limousine contacted me a few days before the wedding to go over our timeline and pick up/drop off locations. Everything ran smoothly the day of! Ray was our driver for the party bus and took my bridesmaids, my parents, and myself to the church and afterwards drove our entire wedding party around for pictures and finally to our venue. He was so kind and courteous the whole day. He helped me out of the bus, held onto my flowers, fixed my dress, and made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time we were with him. This company is extremely efficient, reliable and friendly. From the first phone call, to the end of the night, they all have been amazing. I can not thank Gene enough for all of his hard work. He arrived before our scheduled time and was so patient with our surprises Guess pick ups. Gene was so creative in his tactics that my husband didn't even know we were picking up his best friends for his birthday dinner tonight. Gene was only a text message away and was always kind & respectful. I would love to have him as a driver again. The limo was immaculate, clean and decorated with lights. This company was hands down the best! Our driver Keith was amazing. He kept us on schedule the whole day. He was punctual, friendly, along with professional. I can be a backseat driver on most days. Didn't have that problem with him. He was a safe driver, and put the group at ease. He really made our day great! The wineries were terrific, tastes included were plenty, along with the lunch included. It is really a great package. One of the best that I found online. We just returned from our experience with Elegant Wine Tours and I have nothing but nice things to say. It was a truly wonderful time had by all 14 of us as we were celebrating my sister's bachelorette party. Our driver Jeff was amazing and super cool. As soon as we got on the bus he said he had the aux cord available so that we could play music. The bus ride was the best part!NITTY GRITTY:On the website it listed that the cost of the package we selected Zinfandel, was $85. This is not the case if you want to leave anywhere in the five boroughs. We left from Manhattan so the cost was $100 right off the bat, thats what the asterisk listed next to the price means on the website. Plus there was a $150 additional fee for leaving from Manhattan, which is not listed anywhere on the website, NOWHERE. (Didn't I just pay extra to leave from the city $85-- $100?) Plus you must pay for tolls. Tolls were an additional $60, which was again, not listed on the website. All of these "additional" charges were mentioned when I spoke with Laurie and again not listed on the website which is misleading. I originally spoke with a Lillian who did not mention these fees, so there is some confusion and discrepancy internally. Also not mentioned, they make you book the bus for a mandatory 8 hours and not the 7 that is listed online. Furthermore, you will be charged $15 per person per hour that you do not return at the scheduled time. They will make YOU pay if for some reason you run over, which is absurd. The contract we received was so poorly drafted. It did not mention the type of transportation we were going to have, nor did it mention we were not going to the Farm place, which is something we opted not to do. You must leave a deposit of the cost of 2 people for the package you are booking. For example, we booked the Zinfandel package which was actually $100 since we were leaving from the city. So we left a deposit of $200 PLUS TAX. The cost of the deposit was $217. Note, the tax was not deducted from the total cost of the package. Also, the company determines the vineyards you visit and the order. The three vineyards we visited were Lenz, Vineyard 48 and Pugliese. It will take you two hours to get to the vineyards from the city. THE DRINKING:Lenz was by far the most boring and uneventful of the three vineyards. They were also super stingy with the amount of the sampling. You could drink all of it in one small gulp. I would have rather skip that one and spent more time at vineyard 48. They offer you three wines, 2 whites and one red. The first wine had a strong pepper presence that diminished the taste of the wine. Not my favorite. They offered us one additional wine, a rose that was the best one we sampled. The worst part about this place is the bathroom situation. There is one bathroom for everyone; so that means everyone goes one at a time. So a group of women who have to go will be standing in line for a while. They did have 2 port a potties available. UGH. Who wants to use one of those anyway? We spent about an hour at this location, but would have been ok with just a 1/2 hour.Vineyard 48 was the most fun. Upon arrival they give you four gold tokens like you would receive at an arcade. You can use the 4 tokens for 4 different samplings or you can use 2 at a time to receive a full glass of wine. They have music that begins at 1:30 p.m., which was great, but we had to leave in order to stay on schedule at 1:35, so the actually fun place you had to leave quickly. The wine they provided was not that good. In particular, there was a strawberry wine that was pretty bad. This location actually had two bathrooms which was a huge step up from the previous vineyard. We had lunch at this location. It was, as other reviewers said, sandwiches, chips and fruit and cheese platter. The sandwiches were good and so was the cheese and fruit. No drinks are provided.By the time we reached Pugliese, the final vineyard, everyone was sufficiently buzzed and teetering on being drunk. This place is much larger than the previous two with a park atmosphere. This one is definitely for the older crowd; say around 45+. It was a downer to come from vineyard 48 to this vineyard. They have music but it is an acoustic guitar which was starkly contrasted to vineyard 48. This final vineyard I honestly do not remember the quality of the wine, but I do remember they provide raffle tickets that are used for your 4 tastings. Again, you can use 2 tickets for a full glass or use each of them for sampling 4 wines. It seemed like we spent the least amount of time at this vineyard as we felt very rushed. Like Lenz, there was one bathroom and a port a potty situation. We made one bathroom stop on the way back to the city at a gas station. Jeff was the best. We used Elegant Wine Tours last weekend for a teachers trip out. The booking went extremely smooth very friendly over the phone. The bus arrived 30 mins early the driver/tour guy Gene was a true professional as well as a gentlemen he explained exactly how our day would go and he was spot on!!!! I planned my sister's bachelorette party for a weekend in June with a Saturday wine tour. We were picked up and dropped off at our rental house in Southold. Our driver was Ray and he was the BEST. We had an amazing time. He and the other drivers who were also at the wineries went out of their way to make us comfortable.. moving tables to the shade and stopping to pick up pizza on the drive home. As other reviewers have said - you don't get to pick the wineries. If you are looking for the best wine and "classiest" places... this tour company is not for you. If you want a great time and are ok with wine that is just ok... it is perfect. We will definitely use them again in the future and request Ray! More...

I went on a wine tour in early November with a group of 25 people. The customer service and communication was excellent while I was trying to book a bus. On the day of the trip we had such a great time and couldn't have asked for a better day. The bus arrived on time and the driver explained to us how the day would go. We left around 10 and arrived back a little before 5. We didn't want the trip to end! We stopped at Lenz and Vineyard 48. Our group decided not to go to the last vineyard because of the time. Next time we would try and make the timing work out so we can actually go to the third vineyard. Regardless everyone has an awesome time. Our driver Tom was AWESOME. He made sure we were all having a great time. The lunch provided was perfect. The cheese platter was good and everyone enjoyed the sandwiches. We had a group of 6 and were met at the Orient point ferry by our driver Charlie, he was very nice and informative, he explained our wine stops and times. The limo was clean and stocked with water, soda and ice. Our first stop was Lenz vineyards, we were the first group there when they opened, Charlie went inside and set us up with a private table for our tastings, after our wine tastings, he took great photos of us in the vineyard ,then off to our next stop, Pugliese vineyards, where again he set us up for tastings and lunch that Elegant supplied, very simple but hit the spot, more photos and off to next vineyard, Duck walk. I booked Elegant for my 26th birthday using the winter special discount and we had a great time! I originally wanted to book it last year and unfortunately plans previously fell through. Our driver Joe was amazing! He was as sweet as could be, kept us on schedule, helped us take our pictures and always had a smile on his face. He was very professional when dealing with the final payment etc. We did the Cabernet package and went to Lenz, Duckwalk, and Vineyard 48. I'm glad we only went to 3 vineyards as I think 4 would have been too much. We got picked up in Manhattan so we paid the extra charge as well as the extra hour per person. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because their customer service could be improved upon. Laurie, the women who helped finalize my booking, was great and very helpful with my last minute finalizing but they have someone else who runs the phones and helps with the bookings who is not only not helpful but is actually quite rude. She answers the phone as if it is an inconvenience to speak to you and it only gets worse from there. I've spoken to her a few times- but everyone else is great! More...

We used Elegant Limo to book two 56-passenger shuttle buses to transport wedding guests between our hotel (Hilton Garden Inn, Ronkonkoma) and our reception venue (Bellport Country Club). The service was excellent and we are fully satisfied with choosing this company. The drivers were so friendly and reported to the hotel and venue in a timely fashion on all their trips, drove carefully and helped us execute the transportation plans for our wedding guests as seamlessly as we could have imagined. They were easy to book, reached out to us a few weeks before to confirm our agenda and the person who would pay the drivers, and they took care of the rest. I used Elegant Wine Tours to plan my birthday and could not be happier with my experience.  We had a group of 23 people so we booked the Chardonnay package.  Our driver, Thomas, made sure that we were running on time the whole day to ensure that we would have enough time at each winery to avoid going over time.  He made the day very special by offering to take photos of us whenever we wanted and even planned out some of the shots himself.  The one negative I will say is that the lunch wasn't anything to write home about, but our last stop was at Vineyard 48 and they had free BBQ so that more than made up for it!  At $85 per person (a $10 discount because we went on a Sunday), we couldn't have asked for a better experience at a better price.  Transportation alone would have cost more than that!  I will definitely be using Elegant Wine Tours in the future - it's simply the most convenient and economical option for spending a full day in wine country on Long Island! I would highly recommend using this company if you are looking for a hassle free trip to the wineries. Our driver joe was right on time with picking us up and never tried to rush us at all. We all got on the bus which was clean, cool and full of champagne and soda beverages. He let us know we had control of the music but he had control of the air and to just let him know if we needed it adjusted. He was very accommodating and when we got to the wineries he took care of everything. Elegant limos were so great! We used them for shuttles for our guest from 2 hotels and also a party bus for our bridal party. For the party bus: the driver was on time, the party bus was clean, spacious and stocked with waters. The driver was outstanding, he was very conscious and considerate to make sure I got on and off the bus okay, he ran to help me with my train at one point when he saw I was struggling, he also provided wonderful encouragement and congratulations. The shuttle driver was ( to my knowledge) on time with picking up guest and dropping them off, he was on time picking us up at night. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Elegant Wine Tours. From start to finish, they were amazing.  I booked a tour for 6 girls for my best friend's bachelorette party with them because of the great reviews on yelp, and I was not disappointed.  We visited Lenz, Pugliese, and Vineyard 48, all great wineries. The lunch they provided was delicious and light, which paired great with our wine tastings, and the limo was clean, comfortable, and filled with drinks and champagne for us.I have to mention our limo driver, Ray.  He was AMAZING! I booked a tour for my birthday with 8 other friends, we all had a great time! My only complaints were that at Lenz vineyard, our first stop, we only had 45 minutes for the tastings so our time there was a little rushed. And with lunch, I had two gluten free friends and they didn't offer any alternative Options besides the sandwiches so I felt bad they paid for a meal they couldn't eat. My sister wanted to celebrate her 25th birthday with a wine tour.  10 people attended. The limo was awesome and roomy. Our driver was great! No complaints there. The wineries, the staff were friendly and it was a lot of fun. Over all my sister had a great time celebrating her 25.The ConsThere was traffic on the way  (floral park p/u). When I asked the driver if our tour would be cut short bc of the traffic he said yes, you will only have an hour at the last stop (huh!? How is traffic our fault?). Lunch is provided by elegant wine tours. They give sandwiches and a cheese/fruit/cracker plate. Unfortunately, I was not given a preference about the food of if anyone had food allergies etc. two ppl did not eat pork and one person was vegetarian. Therefore, the pepperoni sandwiches went to waste. I had to purchase a cheese plate. Our last stop, by the time we got food, and the two glasses of wine at the first go round our driver was telling us we had to leave.  We had to run to the line to get our last two tastings. I researched throughout the Suffolk county area and I was between this vendor and another and after looking at Elegant's reviews I booked with them after meeting Charlie. They were professional, straight to the point, and allowed me to look at the vehicles. We booked the vintage car Cadillac and the 28 passenger party bus. The vintage car was very reasonable in price and it was great. It was clean, warm during a cold fall day, and did not break down. The party bus was big, clean, and the driver was fun and so nice.
