The booking process was super easy! All of my questions were answered prior to booking and there was great communication from the whole team throughout the planning process. Everything was super easy from the questionnaire I filled out to the day of details! I met Trevon when we arrived to the venue, he was early and already setting up. Everything was perfect. Trevon played all the songs we requested, he kept the party moving and we had the best dance party ever! No complaints here, it was wonderful. We had such a good experience with Elegance Entertainment and our DJ Futuristic Beatz was extremely professional, personable and did a great job with the ceremony music, announcements and keeping the dance floor going.
I didn’t have a huge budget for a DJ and DJ Futuristic Beatz had some of the lowest prices I saw around New York, plus they gave a discount because my wedding was on a Friday. They are SUCH a great deal for everything you get – the DJ who will act as your MC, extra mics, their own sound system, awesome lighting AND your own logo! You don’t get to pick your DJ, but I was really excited when they matched us with Futuristic because of all the positive reviews online mentioning him—so here is one more!
The booking process and online portal with questionnaire were both really smooth and thorough—I talked to Trevon on the phone before booking and she was able to answer all my questions. Once I was put in touch with Day, he was very responsive and able to find and download basically any song I wanted no matter how obscure. I didn’t make a playlist beyond a few “must plays” but gave some general ideas to Futuristic and he really killed it with the songs he played!
To top it all off, the power went out at our venue near the end of our reception. DJ Elegance Entertainment comes with their own backup power, so after a few moments of complete darkness and silence, Futuristic booted up the sound system and the music was back on! It was like a miracle. If we had been hooked up to the venue’s sound system, we would have been out of luck. The dance party continued until the end of the reception thanks to DJ Futuristic Beatz!

We’re focused on the health and safety of our team, families, and communities. We’ve been asked many times about the things we’re doing to keep you rocking safely with a photo booth. Meet our FRESH AND SO CLEAN TEAM!
Here are some proactive ways that we’ve seen our couples adapt their plans for wedding celebrations:
Celebrate with Safety – Work with your venue and wedding planner to create a socially distanced floor plan and use your venue space with purpose.
Get Creative – We’ve seen customized monogrammed masks for safety, and hand sanitizer as wedding favors.
Host a Micro-wedding – an intimate celebration for your closest family and friends. This would mean having all of the formalities and moments you dreamed at your wedding, like introducing you as a married couple, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting or maybe even a last dance. Rather than 100 people on the guest list, this would be with up to 35 guests.
Have a “mini-mony” now, and a party later. This means a small ceremony now with your closest friends and family, and then planning the larger wedding reception at a later date with all of the moments – first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, shoe game, packed dance floor, grand exit, etc.
With any of the above, you can also add a livestream element for those guests who cannot make it to the ceremony.
