The drinks were good, but that's all the good I can really say for the place. The pork belly appetizer was dry when the point of pork belly is how juicy it is, the calamari was undercooked and just placed on top of it's sauce so it was entirely soggy, the spicy shrimp's sauce tasted like it came out of a frozen dinner, I had the citrus glazed pork chop. There was no glaze, just a completely liquid citrus sauce poured on top, which soaked into the potatoes leaving you with soggy orange flavored potatoes. The shrimp scampi was bland and the noodles were tough. Not al dente but like leathery, I don't even know how you do that. Especially with price factored in, I'd have been better off at Applebee's. Reservation at 8:30, cold food arrived at 9:30 along with the drinks. Waitress never came to check in. Had to go inside to pay the bill. Employees sitting around. Heaters outside weren’t working well. So dissatisfied. Wanted to LOVE IT. More...

We have gone to the restaurant 2 times and the 1st time was when they had first opened and our server had input our order incorrectly but we gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was a new restaurant. Still fairly new we decided to go back this week to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated but then left waiting for about 20min to get our order taken for drinks/appetizers. That came out fairly quickly and when it did our server Andrew took our dinner order. We noticed everyone around us(people that arrived after us) were getting their dinner plates, he came by after about 45min and asked us if we had put our dinner order in and we said yes he already did and he asked us to remind him of what it was, about 30min after that we received our dinner. Sadly we weren’t checked up on or given the same service as everyone around us. Because of our experience we canceled our staycation we had planned at the hotel for the weekend. More...

We tried the rooftop restaurant this morning. I realize this is a new facility and truly believe it will be “The Place” to go in the future, but not today. Our food was horrible. Our Eggs Benedict were like two hard boiled eggs. The sauce served over the eggs was so full of pepper that you could barely eat it. I left most of my plate uneaten. We told our waitress, but she seemed unconcerned....as a matter of fact, it seemed serving us was a huge inconvenience to her. When we asked for ice tea, she said they were out of it. Our waitress said we used it up last night, and we haven’t made any yet. She said it is homemade, made from scratch (iced tea ) so it will be a while before any is ready. They also don’t make bloody Mary’s yet, but will in the future. As I said before, this is a beautiful restored building and once they get the hang of it, I think it will be great. We will try it again in the future. More...

The eggs benedict were amazing the alvacado toast, not such much. We were a little annoyed that we paid with a visa gift card and the waitress only ran . 63 on it but we had a $50 balance. Our card was not returned to us so we asked for it back. Immediately, we checked the balance when we left and it had 49.37 remaining I dont think the waitress held on to the card on purpose Either way we will be back! The views and atmosphere of the hotel/restaurant were beautiful ❤ Also enjoyed the large fan and umbrellas that kept us cool on the rooftop! More...
