I was very pleased using Elan to and from the airport. The driver arrived early at my home the morning of my flight and the driver was right there waiting for me at the baggage claim area when I returned. Ron, the driver who brought me home from the airport at about 11:30 pm, walked me to my door and stayed on the porch while I went in and made sure everything was alright before he left. What an outstanding experience! My first impression was very very positive after Jason responded to my initial inquiry very promptly and professionally. He made it easy to decide quickly which company I wanted to hire. I confirmed an early (and ultimately very cold) 4:45am pick up for transportation to the airport. I truly appreciated Jason's follow up the day before via text to confirm the pick up. Â This definitely gives peace-of-mind. He arrived before the designated time which was also appreciated. The experience was so positive, I confirmed the return pick up from the airport for 11:25pm. Again, Jason was very good about follow up and he was there waiting for us upon arrival. The BMW Crossover was a very nice ride, spotlessly clean and comfortable for three adult passengers. Â The complimentary water and mints were also a nice touch. Jason provided A-1 service! His manners were refreshing - his attention to detail impressive - his accommodation of our special requests handled smoothly and graciously. In the immaculately clean black stretch limousine, he transported our party of 6 for our on-time arrival at the restaurant for my parents 65th wedding anniversary celebration. The way he interacted with my parents (both in their late 80's) helped them feel special and celebrated! What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a childhood dream and so I started in the business over 22 years ago and 6 years ago decided it was time to start my own company.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think clients choose Elan Limousine Service because we treat each reservation and each client with the highest respect and appreciation. We take care to communicate and keep in touch with our clients to ensure they do not have to worry about anything with their transportation that we will always be there when they are ready.

We can do everything from sending quotes to taking a reservation either online or remotely. We can pretty much run this business from anywhere at anytime of day. So when inquiring with us please understand that we may not always be in front of a computer but we will always respond via text or email as quickly as we can. If you call us and you get our voicemail please leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as we can. We never want anyone to feel like the have to just move to the next company on their list because we were unreachable. We strive to answer all emails, text and phone calls and monitor our social media and online websites as best as we can.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a company that is a privilege and not a right. We provide services at your own risk. We have a waiver that you must agree to and sign. We do have a contract that has all of our rules and regulations that you would have to agree to. We do deep clean and sanitize all of our vehicles after every reservation has been completed. You will always get in to a clean and safe vehicles. We do not enforce or mandate any mask. We want you to feel comfortable and if you wish to wear them that is totally up to you. We can't enforce something that isn't a law. We do not enforce any of our chauffeurs to wear a mask. We can provide hand sanitizer up on request but that is something you should provide on your own. We ensure that all of our chauffeurs are not and have not been sick with covid.
Birthday
We can provide service for any birthday occasion. We typically require at least a 3 hour minimum. We provide bottled water, ice, glassware, napkins and mints. We at no additional expense can toss in birthday napkins and a little Happy Birthday sign to make the occasion a little more special. We can do themed packages as well for an additional fee.
Anniversary
Have an anniversary approaching and want to make it a special evening then let us do the driving to your favorite restaurant or to your favorite place to celebrate your special occasion.
Concerts
We love taking our clients to concerts. Arrive in style and class and don't worry about the long waits in traffic. Our professional chauffeurs have the in's and out's when it comes to getting around the lines of traffic to your concert venues. The best experience would be to secure VIP parking and make sure you get a pass to give to your chauffeur.
Holiday Tours- Halloween, Christmas & New Years
Whether you are looking to find and explore haunted houses or tour the city during the Christmas season or ring in the New Year. Let us be your premier choice in transportation. Always plan ahead and make sure to secure all your tickets in advance to reduce wait times.
Wine and Beer Tours
