Its a very nice place and Norma was very helpful and attentive. The only thing I did not like is that my event was from 11-3 and by 2:15 was being told we had to be out by 3. This is the first time Ive ever rented a hall and told to be out at the exact time if I paid for 4hrs. Usually you have until the time paid and the clean up is afterwards. I understand another event starts at 6, but an hour of clean up should be more than enough. This is the only complaint I have and would recommend giving your guests until the time they paid for hall. I felt very rushed at the end which did not make it a great experience. Im not sure if I would rent again because of this. More...

I had an amazing experience . The hall is well taken care off, very beautiful and elegant. Very clean! Jasmine, the young lady that was there was always attentive and constantly asking if I needed anything. Very friendly and with a smile. I had a little issue with the projector which management had already advised me they no longer offered it but since I already had my slide show I asked if they could still put it on for me, which they did. Jasmine tried for almost an hour and even tried doing it on line, she went above and beyond to get it going. I am 100% satisfied with the services, staff and the party hall itself. It's a medium size place for about 50 people. The simple but modern colors and lights are just fantastic. The place has restrooms for men and women. It also contains a space for cooking/serving area. It has enough space for about 6 or 7 rectangular tables. If you have anything that needs to be refrigerate, it also has a small fridge. The location is far East side of El Paso within an area that has plenty of space for parking and it's a very cozy place for private events. I personally recommend to use your GPS (e.i. Google maps) if you are not familiar with the location since it's kinda hidden. It has an excellent cooling system for a big gatherings. Another recommendation is to reserve with time, as the place is not always available. I hope you find this review helpful. More...
