Purchased a few gifts here, and the owner is exceptionally kind. I had my nephew with me, and - ordinarily, most flower shops with lots of expensive and beautiful arrangements would frown upon children in the store, but the owner gave him a balloon and was so kind. The Service was heartfelt!I am in Ohio and needed to get flowers to my Aunt in Lancaster General Hospital. I ordered on-line, late in the evening, so the next morning I called to make sure they had received my order. I spoke with Karen and expressed the urgency of the delivery as my Aunt did not have long. She told me the flowers were on the way, and would be there that afternoon. She then asked me to hold for a moment. When she got back on the phone she told me she had called the driver and asked him to make the flowers his next delivery! But the service didn't end there. Upon arriving at the hospital the driver learned my Aunt had been discharged. They contacted me to let me know. After a few calls I learned that she had been moved to a nursing home 12 miles from the hospital.They got the flowers to my Aunt-I was told they were beautiful!My Aunt did pass a few days later and I did not hesitate to call them directly and place my order. I spoke with Luis and we decided on the arrangement over the phone. The service and kindness they showed me was above reproach and I can truly not thank them enough! As past president of the Lancaster Elks, we are often called upon to perform funeral services for members who have passed to realms on high. We have an Elks flower used at these services. They can be hard to get. Having dealt with the previous owners, I thought I would call on the new owners. Much to my delight Wendy (designer) answered the phone! Quick and eager to accommodate, she was able to secure the amaranth that we needed. How amazing! She had the flower in the store in less than 24 hours!!! Last night was our first time visiting since Flowers by Paulette. First, each of our kids were greeted with a balloon! Our kids picked some flowers for a Mother's Day arrangement and the owner put them together for us to pick up today into a lovely arrangement that fit our budget! We will be back!

Luis made floral arrangements for my sisters wedding this past week. From the moment we walked through the door he was extremely helpful and so so kind! ! He was open to any ideas and suggestions and he even showed us some pretty samples of what we had in mind while we were in. His prices were the most reasonable we found in the area, and not to mention he even threw in a very small fee for delivery. The day of the wedding we didn’t need to worry about scrambling for flowers, they were delivered on time and were arranged beautifully in glass vases (he even threw in a toss bouquet considering we forgot to ask for one) we never showed him anything specific on how we wanted the flowers but he got the idea we had in our heads spot on. Before I placed me last minute, busy Friday afternoon, rush-hour order, I made it a point not to tell Luis exactly who I was bc knew he would make an exception for my order, because I happened to be really close friends with one of his family members. Of course, I did not want him to feel pressured to do the impossible for me, because of that scenario. He was so polite, so professional, and so accommodating to what I was requesting of him, for my flower arrangement. He asked me when was the latest I could come in to pick up my order because of him being so busy on Fridays. We agreed on a time, and a half an hour before I was supposed to pick up my flowers, he called me to let me know that they were already finished! Talk about customer service!
