We went for dinner, it’s very expensive for a Mexican restaurant retried beans, Suiza add on plus dinner add on - no sour cream . WE ordered the burritos- the plates & food were barely warm so we sent them back asking them to make the food hot. They made us new food but again it was slightly warmer. We LOVE coming to El Gran Agave! The food is authentic & delicious, drinks are delightful (no syrupy mixers - only fresh juices and alcohol), and their patio is a wonderful, pet friendly space. The staff goes out of their way to make everyone feel special. I also love that the owner is very supportive of other small businesses and goes out of her way to help others even during this pandemic when she was already having to pivot daily to keep El Gran successful. The food was delicious, large portions with the perfect amount of seasoning. My margarita was HUGE and came garnished with a beautiful flower. The decor was beautiful and authentic, you can tell the owner paid attention to every little detail. However, the best thing about this restaurant is their customer service. We were seated and tended to in a timely manner. The bartender and waitress did not miss a beat.
