Skinny Margarita was delicious and beautifully garnished with a blue orchid! Our meals were delicious and when my husband requested hot sauce he was head over heels with the dish of fresh jalapeno sauce delivered by the extremely attentive staff. I visited this place after the good experience I've had before at the Monroe location, which is great. I was passing by New Milford, so I got excited there was a Coyote here. I ordered a parillada, a plate I know well at Monroe, I always have that. Boy.. this meal was mediocre at best, almost disgusting. Poor quality meat, chicken was thin as a sheet of paper, gross chorizos, everything greasy and tasteless. On top of that, it came without sour cream, neither guacamole or something! it was dry as hell. The worst 32 dollars I've ever spent. AVOID THIS PLACE! More...
