What’s your signature dish?
I considered pasta as my signature dishe. In addition to my signature gourmet grilled press paninis and Mexican food.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I take customers ideas and turn into a taste meal. Once I get customers ideas , I make a dish of choice for tasting.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking is my passion and to create delicious dishes drives me to a motivation level of flavors and creativity
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2015, EL CHEF taco services held a grand opening for family members and friends to attend. The feedback and comments were positive that it just felt right to push through with a catering business. This is not to mention the years of experience within the food business and culinary arts background.

Our crew arrives at event venues in a state-of-the-art
28-footer mobile kitchen. With a stylish look, our mobile kitchen features:
Three Plasma TVs Where the Menu Is Shown
A VIP Porch Sitting Area
A 22x10 Awning to Provide Shade for Customers
A Sound System to Bring the Party to Life
The front setup includes roundtables with round high stools for customers to enjoy their meals. The trailer is also equipped with counters on the outside to the rear along with aluminum high chairs. Our setup is unique and serves as a welcome environment for all customers. We are eager to please and serve our customers no matter the occasion. None who take advantage of our services will be disappointed.
