We have been using EH Clean every other week for 6 or so months and have never been disappointed. The owner does a thorough walkthrough and provides a quote. We are responsible for supplying the cleaning products but we prefer that bc we like green products (when possible). All communication goes through the scheduler via text which is so convenient. EH Clean is a wonderful cleaning company. They always show up on our scheduled day. Never missed a day which is very important to me. I prepare for them before they come and clear things so they can really clean. 2 girls come every time. Â Sometimes I see the supervisor pop in and check on things. She's great. I think her name is Noemi. I love coming home after my cleaning days. My house is always so clean and smells fantastic. Their customer service is awesome too. I needed a deep cleaning and found EH Clean on Facebook. I called the office and scheduled an estimate for next day. Jana (the owner) came over and showed me license, bond, worker's comp & insurance. We did a walk-through and I was very impressed. She explained me what is included in the deep cleaning and how many hours it will take. Team of 2 people detailed every inch of my house. I was so impressed I hired them to clean my house every 2 weeks. They show up on time. Speak somewhat English and go above & beyond to meet my needs. If I'm not at home they use my lockbox to get in. I absolutely trust them. Supervisor sometimes pops in to make sure the cleaning remainds consistant. They are using my cleaning supplies (I preffer organic) but bring all their equipment which is nice. I don't have to wash the cleaning rags. I love my team and it hasn't changed since we started.
