Great food. Love the variety of omelettes. The servers there are very nice and are good with giving recommendations. One down side is the long waits and lack of parking.

Excellent brunch!! I got the Randall's which was a omelette with chorizo, jalapeños, tomatoes, mushrooms with country potatoes as a side and two slices of toast! This was a huge meal and I was so hungry I still managed to finish all of it on my own. Their menu is pretty extensive and they are well known for their omelette- 101 total to be exact, so I'm sure you can find something you want. I did feel slightly overwhelmed by their extensive menu though, and in my opinion sometimes less can be more. The wait was kind of busy for a Sunday morning brunch, but we enjoyed the complimentary coffee offered outside while we were waiting. The waitress was very friendly and checked on us often. This place is amazing! If you don't get there early, there will probably be a huge wait but it's worth it. Their breakfast burrito is my absolute favorite breakfast burrito, possibly of all time. Came here today for breakfast. Party of two and got a seat immediately. I've never been here before but where have I been this entire time! !!! I ordered Erins breakfast sandwich on rye and my husband ordered the Denver omelette. We ordered the pumpkin spice lattes and it was delicious!!!!! The waitress was super friendly and quick service. There's plenty of parking and the location has many seating options. Outside patio and inside. I can't believe I've never discovered this place before. They offer 101 omelettes and so many options on the menu. The location is super cool. I think I found my regular weekend breakfast spot. We're early birds so it's nice knowing they open at 6am. The wait time is almost always ridiculous but you can call ahead if you will arrive within 30 mins. Honestly this is only somewhat helpful since you'll still wait. BUT this is always my go to because..#1 the food is consistent, fresh and never disappoints #2 they have yummy coffee drinks #3 they serve alcohol..which if you work graveyard like myself and coworkers, it's nice to get that mimosa or spiked coffee in the early hours. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. It definitely is the most upscale breakfast joint in SCV. Prices are a tad higher but the few extra bucks are worth it if you'd like a place to sit and socialize for awhile. More...

Best breakfast place in all of SCV.  All the food is amazing!  The best Bloody Mary's I've ever had.  The wait can be long, but you can call in 20 mins before you head over and they will put you in line so that your wait starts during your drive.

Great food! Interesting (in a good way) combinations. I also liked the idea of complimentary coffee while you're seated. In my opinion, the complimentary coffee tasted a bit better than the one served at the table. Service could be a bit better. I felt we were being passed up often. Since my first review...they have fixed the kitchen issues.  We have not had any mistakes the last 3 times!BUT AS A WATER CONSCIOUS CITIZEN AS WE ALL SHOULD BE. ..STOP SERVING GLASSES OF WATER WHEN WE HAVEN'T ASKED FOR IT!!!Think about this, when people leave their tables there so much water that sitting at the tables and have not been used, that is a total water waste.  We can make a small difference by only asking for water if we're going to drink it.I encourage all restaurants to only serve water when asked for... When it comes to breakfast rarely am I up early enough to indulge in it so it's a rare treat when I get to seek out breakfast food on a weekend. I was travelling out of town with family to do an escape room right near Egg Plantation and after seeing their menu we figured there was no way we couldn't stop here and try it out. They let you call ahead a half hour before you arrive to get on the list so we took advantage of that and only waited about 10 minutes to be seated when we got there. The server was friendly and prompt in getting our drinks out and taking our order. The food came out fast and hot and my oh my was it delicious. I had the Mexican Benedict, I love eggs benedict and this special stood out on the menu so much that I just had to try it. It is absolutely delicious, I've never had extra crispy hash browns before but when the waitress asked if I wanted them I had to say yes and I'm glad I did, they are excellent. This is a must try for any breakfast lovers. As usual this place does not disappoint.  We haven't been here in awhile, but decided to have a late brunch on a Friday.  The wait was pretty average, I like that they have a self service table of water while you wait.  The food was great, best omelettes around. I ordered the Leah's..yum! The only negative things I have to say are: the restrooms are very dirty, which is not a good thing. The servers need to be a bit more attentive after you are served your food, such as "Can I get you a refill?" "Is everything ok?" Etc. Other than that it's still the best breakfast joint I love. Great breakfast spot! I came in on a Monday at 8 am and it wasn't to busy. Since I had a major craving I ordered the Plantation Benedict (eggs benedict with bacon and avocado) and it was delicious! From the English muffin to the hollandaise it was all perfect. I was also very pleased with the quickness of the service. Overall everything was great. Always busy, kind of crowded, but always worth it.  Eggs are good... I have been told that the chickens are raised on a southern plantation and listen to classical music and the eggs are flown in fresh every day. .. well, I made that up... but it sounds plausible LOL.Anyway, they have pretty good seating, a very large menu... and have an awesome choice of omelets... Just in case there's any doubt...I LOVE EGG PLANTATION!!!A dear friend of mine lives in Palmdale, and I'm in Burbank, so Egg Plantation is our go-to "half way" netting place! ! Typically, we'll meet up around 11:30am and close the place down. First thing's first...we have always had the best, friendliest, most helpful servers who are super cool and really know the menu!! And that's no mean feat...with 70 bazillion omelette combinations and such an amazing variety of food!! And every server we've had has a deep, deep knowledge of what's freshest that day or what the kitchen is doing great on a given day!!They're also super accommodating!! Any weird-ass requests...they got you!!Making the whole experience even better, the food here is always amazing!! I've never had a bad experience here. And if anything is even the slightest bit off, refer to the paragraph above, cause this incredible staff is gonna make it right!!My friend and I usually share an omelette, cause they're ginormous!! And we both usually roll out of there STUFFED!!Oh...and Pro-tip: there's two ways to split plates here!! First is they'll just bring all your food on one plate, and an empty plate and you can split it at the table, no charge. Or for a small upcharge, they'll do a "kitchen split" where your food comes out two separate plates...half an omelette each, but a full portion of potatoes and each person gets their own toast. Last thing, and this is just one of my "things," they never, never rush us out at closing. Like I said, we shut the place down every time we go. And they'll let us hang out waaaaay past the 2pm closing, while they're cleaning up and closing down the kitchen, etc. I think we've rolled out at 3:30p before, and no one said a word. Busy place - always. They have a system that's a little outdated - no buzzers or system that could text you when your table is ready - you're just standing around waiting for someone to call your name. I called the day before to request reservations as their website says they accept them only to find out that you can only reserve for 8 or more. Bummer. But what the nice woman on the phone did alert me to was the 30min call ahead list. So I called to put our name on the list 30 mins prior to arrival and when I checked in it was still another 25 mins wait. While it gave time to peruse their extensive omelet menu, it was a long wait. Good colorful place for lazy brunch with mimosas. Good move having water sprays around for hot days.We had the 2 egg breakfast and classic benedict. Food wise, i would give them 3 stars. Just taste wise, it felt very normal specially the potatoes and hash brown.  The menu though has a lot of options.It was very busy as expected, but still wasnt too bad. Wow! Went to the egg plantation last Wednesday for my weekly breakfast date with my husband and let me say first of all super impressed very nice restaurant great area a nice selection of people their, very friendly staff. ... Ambience and atmosphere we went in with the thought of ordering one of their numerous on this on the menu while my husband did order menu omelette I decided to create my own and was not disappointed with my turkey bell pepper onion and mushroom omelette. My potatoes O'Brien were great the waitress was very very nice we did sit inside maybe next time we'll try sitting outside and there's a ton of different hot sauces on the table just so you can try them in case that's your thing a lot of other great things on the menu like waffles and pancakes we will definitely be coming back just a side note parking is a little tricky but you can park on Main Street and walk down which after a delicious and somewhat large meal (we did have leftovers) the walk was definitely a great idea.
