After the first few weeks training with mike I was stoked to see results as quickly as I did. It's now been 9 months and I've seen performance improvements I didnt think were possible. Mike has been fantastic to work with. I was apprehensive to start a personal training program at first. I was worried I couldn’t keep up or it just wouldn’t be for me. Mike’s approach to fitness and how he applies that knowledge to your specific situations and goals has kept me motivated to keep up with my training. I help with people focusing on getting stronger and building lean muscle. This helps them become more confident and less likely to get injured.
I help people become more functional and pain free by improving their movement patterns.
I also, do a deep dive into people's nutritional habits. I help them gain a better understanding of what a "balanced" diet really looks like.

Consistency, week in and week out.
Effort. You can have the best workout program in the world. But, if you execute it with poor effort you are going to get poor results. Effort is key.
Patience. Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither is the result you desire.

The fact that I get to help people become better people on the inside and out.
