1. Focus on getting stronger and fixing weak links in the human body.
2. Improving basic movement patterns. This not only helps get around better, but it helps alleviate pain.
3. Help people gain a better understanding of proper nutrition for fat loss and muscle gain.

Mike has been fantastic to work with. I was apprehensive to start a personal training program at first. I was worried I couldn’t keep up or it just wouldn’t be for me. Mike takes his time to get to know each client and designs workout and health plans to help each client reach his or her goals, while allowing them enjoy their favorite foods. In moderation. :)
