What do you love most about your job?
I love witnessing the breakthrough clients experience through the power of curiosity, deep exploration, and fearless coaching.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Edward Newby Coaching to help bring coaching to the individual contributor. I believe that if I can co-actively create a vision of a more fulfilling life with just one client, then my work as a coach is done. When we meet to create your life vision together, explore and determine your values and strengths, we are making more than magic. We are making real and substantive change to your life. I promise you that I will show up fully engaged and focused on you. I promise that you are a naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Together we will evoke powerful transformations as co-equal partners in this moment of your life's journey.

My clients are universally strong, talented individuals who are going through a time of change and uncertainty where they feel overwhelmed and stuck. I help my client clear out the clutter so they can identify what they want to experience, what is in the way and together we create a clear path forward.Â
My ideal client is willing to invest in themselves to achieve the level of success they know they are capable of living. They are ready to use their creativity to chart a new path of growth and self-discovery, uncovering and overcoming obstacles to living their ideal life.Â
I can help you gain clarity about your goals and reconnect with your core strengths and values. Together we will help restore your feelings of wholeness as we build a step by step plan designed to help you achieve your goals. Our partnership will include an alliance of accountability to ensure that you have support as you make the changes you identify.Â
