Q&As

I have been in the mental health industry for over 15 years. Day by day, I hear stories of the worst days of someone's life, and every day, I get to witness how they transcend those stories. I get to see women choose to fight back (even when they can barely get out of bed.) Women are so much more powerful than they give themselves credit for, and witnessing them discover their powers nearly every single day is an indescribable experience.

The Cliff Notes: I am a sexual abuse survivor, a once abandoned child, a victim of severe bullying, a woman betrayed by her husband, a girl who grew up being sexually, physically, verbally, mentally & financially abused, and a human who attempted to end her life three times by the time she was 18. But most of all, I am a woman who got tired of being depressed and feeling defeated. I dived deep into the world of healing, and when I realized I had finally cultivated and embodied safety and love within myself, I knew I would never be able to live a day without helping other women do the same.

I believe a woman should only come to me if she feels intuitively guided to do so. With that said, if you are a woman who is struggling with feeling worthless, feeling deep fear, feeling stuck, an inability to forgive, an inability to believe in a safe and happy future...I can help.

Services

During this 8-week package, we'll spend time exploring your trauma, meet your body where it is, and then move forward with looking at all the pieces of you that need healing and acceptance. Bu the end of the eight weeks, you can expect to have deep self-awareness, self-trust, self-compassion, and the tools and ability to regulate your nervous system and control your thoughts.
