Edible Cravings Catering catered our Open House event with The Rani Alfers Agency - Farmers Insurance. They were extremely professional and kind! They wouldn't let us lift a finger when they came to set up. The clean up was easy because everyone ate everything (we got so many compliments on how yummy the food was!) and they even came to pick up the serving dishes the following day. What’s your signature dish?
I don't really have a signature dish, because I don't want to be locked into on category. Whatever I cook I want the flavors you are experiencing to be the best you have ever tasted!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask them to tell me about their event or organization. I will submit a sample menu just to give them some ideas and then we can begin customizing to what they want for a menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people happy when I prepare a meal or when I see that we did our job and the customer is happy. Everyone enjoys an accomplishment, it means you did it right.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed entertaining and cooking. I love seeing our friends and family happy being with each other and I wanted to bring that same feeling of happiness to others.
Why should our clients choose you?
When I work with my customers I want them to have the best experience possible. I try to get to know each of our clients so that I can bring a little of them to the table. I want them to be stress free and for them to know that they are in the best hands.
