I worked out with Zech while I was stationed in Newport. Zech does an excellent job keeping things fresh, and he knows how to tailor his routines to your fitness level. Arguably the best shape I've been in even at 46 years old! He also had my teenage sons loving the gym and improving their fitness, durability, and overall health. My sons (high level PeeWee to High School players) all worked out with Zech this past summer on and off ice. Zech was always positive and encouraging while challenging their skating and hockey skills. He made the rigorous off ice training fun, so they always wanted to go back.
