Edge is one of the best decisions I ever stumbled into. I have never been one to stick with a "go to the gym on my own" schedule, having fallen off after a few weeks. Edge, on the other hand, is something I can no longer imagine my weeks without. If I don't go three or more times a week, I feel off.

The workouts are fun, varied and make you feel physically and mentally stronger day after day. I love the emphasis on really learning the moves, having a trainer there who constantly helps you better your form (thanks Rebecca), and will also modify the moves if you have different needs (I messed up my ankle recently walking the dogs, and the staff sent me emails and gave me tips on how best to recover). Rebecca and Greg are wonderful and show support constantly. I get texts and emails from them seeing how I am doing with things, if I need anything to help aid me in making this lifestyle change.

There is an emphasis on personalized meal plans and eat, eat, eating. You don't starve, rather you are constantly feeding your body correctly. I went from eating out all the time, to enjoying cooking meals for myself and planning for the entire week.

Again, I must emphasize this: Everyone here cares so much and it is evident in the results (I've lost nearly 20 lbs, 8 inches off of my waist in 3 months) as well as the positive vibes fostered in classes. I really can't speak highly enough about this place, and this is coming from someone who never thought she would ever be a gym regular. Not sure if 5 stars adequately ranks this lifestyle facility, but alas it is all I can give! I do not want to call it a gym because its so much more than that. The owner, and trainers really get it when it comes to helping people. Greg made a nutrition plan for me, and they are educating me on how to plan my own nutrition choices going forward. The workouts are intense and fun at the same time. I had not been in a gym for almost a decade and have gained a massive amount of weight in that time; however, since starting roughly 5 weeks ago, I have already lost 26.6 pounds. My back no longer hurts, I have more energy, and I am sharper mentally and feel better than I have in over a decade! I love Edge so much and there is no way I am going to ever go back to the old me. Looking forward to tomorrow as it is "arms day". . . formerly known as Thursday. Gonna hit it twice. I'm hooked! More...

Love Love Love Edgebody! I’ve been going to Edgebody for 2.5 years and truly know I’m getting a great workout every time. The workouts are designed for anyone and all fitness levels . I was terrible with food over the holidays and still not completely back on track. I was sooooo scared to get on the scale to find out what damage I had done. I finally did today and didn’t gain a pound! I was shocked. If you knew how much I ate and drank you would be too lol. I did continue to work out over the holidays even though nutrition was terrible but I feel like building muscle over the last year at Edge has transformed my body and helped my metabolism a ton. This gym has a great atmosphere with knowledgeable trainers. The workouts are planned with a purpose to get results. I appreciate that the exercises can easily be modified to allow for more or less of a challenge.

Started going to boot camp to prove my friends and family I could do it. Not only did I complete my 5 week trial period & prove everyone wrong. .. I actually like it. (Yes, I said I like it!) The coaches are great, the location is super convenient for me and everyone in the 5:30PM class rocks!!! I don’t think I’ve ever pushed myself as hard I as I am lately. I love boot camp! It can be overwhelming to start a new gym but the trainers are welcoming and and will modify exercises to push you to your goals. The workouts are always changing so it keeps it fun. I was sleeping in until 830 daily and still felt like crap. Now I’m going to the 6 am sessions and have so much more energy. More...

I’ve been a part of the Edge Body team for a few weeks now and amazing is just an understatement. The camps are challenging but do-able, the atmosphere is welcoming no matter your level of strength and Greg and the other trainers are so encouraging and motivating. I look forward to going to bootcamps everyday. My body already feels the difference and I feel great after releasing endorphins. In just over a month I have gone from skeptical doubter to ABSOLUTE believer in Edge Body Boot Camp! The trainers are amazing and really help you learn how to safely and correctly do all the exercises. They really want to help you be the best version of you inside and out! I've lost more weight than I thought possible in such a short time, all while building muscle and confidence. The people I see everyday at camp support and encourage one another, it really is like a family! I'm so glad I finally joined Edge Body! I had a Groupon almost 2 years ago and decided to pass on membership but always wondered what would have happened if I had actually joined. I can now tell you; it's my favorite part of every day, not only am I challenged, but I'm also encouraged by Greg and the other trainers, and to add the cherry on top I've made so many friends! It's so nice to have friendly faces to joke around with who create some fun competition during class, but also have peers who ask you where you've been the past couple of days if you've missed.
