My husband and I made the mistake of using Eddy for our photographer and videographer for our wedding. Unfortunately, Eddy has made the majority of this experience horrible. Though his photos and video were good, as well as his attitude and attentiveness on the day of the actual wedding, his communication and time management skills are the worst I’ve ever received from someone I’m paying a service for.
Every single thing was delivered to us late. The engagement photos, the wedding photos, the wedding video, even the sneak peek pictures from both the engagement session and the wedding.
For the wedding gallery Eddy specifically told us 3-4 weeks, and for the video I believe 5-6 weeks. We received our wedding photo gallery 7 weeks after the wedding and the video a whopping 15 weeks after. The absolute worst part of the whole experience, however, has been his down right horrific communication skills. Both my husband and I have so many screenshots of us reaching out to Eddy both via text message and via Instagram looking for updates with no response for weeks on end.
On top of this, he never communicated to us that our wedding photo gallery had an expiration date. Luckily I had downloaded a majority of the photos, but not all. The day we went to download the remaining onto our computer we found that all the images were gone. Also, when we received our wedding video, we were upset to find that none of the officiants speech, maid of honor speech, or best mans speech were included in the video and that if we wanted the raw footage of the speeches we had to pay $100 to receive them on a USB drive. An extra fee that in my opinion is ridiculous considering we just spent $1,000 + on a video that should have contained pieces of the speeches in the first place.
In the time that we were reaching out regarding our wedding photo gallery, and then our video, and now our USB drive (which we still have not received, and was purchased on March 15th) Eddy was active on his business Instagram page posting other peoples photos on his feed and his story. Twice now, I have gotten so fed up that I commented on his actual posts looking for updates for the things I’ve purchased from him. Both times he promptly deleted my comment, and this last time tried to tell me that he is on vacation and it is his wife’s birthday. While that might be true, we have literally been trying to contact him for 2 weeks concerning the USB drive that we purchased and I highly doubt his wife’s birthday has been every single day of the previous two weeks.
I am honestly down right disgusted with the way he’s given us nothing but excuses and not an ounce of respect for the money we’ve paid him. If he treats all his clients like this, I’m shocked he can make a living. Good photos are not a trade off for having no time management, or communication skills. More...

Not only because of his great work but also because of how he goes above and beyond on getting the right lighting and the right angle to have those special moments rememberable. We were looking for a photographer to take pictures of our extended family during a vacation at the beach. After some research, we chose Eddy and his wife Brenda and I'm so glad we did! Throughout the photo session, they were happy to do all of the different family arrangements and poses that we asked for. The whole family made comments about it being a great experience.
